Does not sync with ClassPass, caused me to miss class
Booked via ClassPass. Door code provided via ClassPass did not work, nobody working in studio to let me in, even after downloading the Solidcore app and handing over the ridiculous amount of personal information required just to create an account my ClassPass reservation did not show up so I couldn’t use the app to unlock the door. Wasted a drive and didn’t get to work out.

Motivating & User Friendly
Love the app! Easy to use and the streak info at top is super motivating. Only requests: Would love to see integration with Apple Health to sync/log workouts and would love to be able to see full past workout history.
So not solid
Scrolling through each day should allow us to cancel a class in day - going back to home page and coming back each day is a pain. Also the font spacing & sizing is ugly.
Love the classes, hate the app
Incredibly finicky. Won’t let me book a class half the tome, even if I have the credits. Shocked at how poor quality the UX is

Can’t cancel classes
I can’t cancel classes like before, it’s saying contact third party. Like how? I booked in your app! To make it worse no one is picking up the phone at the studio. In addition, classes are always full unless you want to take class after 8 pm.
Quite Possibly the Worst App on the App Store
Love solidcore - some of the best most challenging classes but this app is absolute garbage. Cannot handle peak times of booking, constantly crashes, classes missing. I’ve never seen or experienced a more frustrating app in my life

I feel like it is telling that there has not been a good review of this app all year! Used to be so good and still love the classes (as someone who has done a few hundred) but the user experience overall just seems to be getting worse :/

Super janky app never works especially when schedules are posted. Invest in a better app this is junk

This app update is horrendous.
New Update is disappointing
I’m a huge fan of Solidcore. I’m almost 200 classes in, love the coaches, love the atmosphere. Absolutely hate this app. I dislike that you can’t provide notes or a review to your coaches/studio after classes, and I hate that you can’t see how many spots are open in a class after you’ve booked it. Would be so much better if they fixed those things.

Bring back old app
The new app isnt the same! It constantly lags and doesn’t allow me to buy discounted classes on it. Constantly get a “sorry something went wrong” message. I have to email sc anytime I want to buy a class and they take 10 hours to response so if I want to book something last minute I can’t.
Version 6.0.2 is disappointing
Where is my class history ? Where is my badge? Where is my friend list?
Terrible redesign
I recently updated the app after possibly a year and the new UX is TERRIBLE. It’s cluttered and confusing with no clear CTA, so unlike the IRL Solidcore experience. The calender functionality in the older app was top notch & cancellation would be pushed automatically, all needs to be done manually now! I cannnot even imagine having to use this disastrous app during Solid days!! V disappointed

Glitches
App glitches when you try to cancel classes (says “user not registered” even though you are obviously registered). Studios never pick up the phone. So often will lose a credit simply because you tried to cancel and couldn’t. Very frustrating and has been going on for months.
Glitchy
Every time I go to the app it reloads, and takes several seconds to do so. This is especially frustrating when I’m trying to book and going back and forth with my calendar, despite the app not needing to refresh anything. It also adds the classes to my calendar in a different time zone and with notifications 10 min before and I can’t find a way to fix that through the app

New app is bad
They’ve switched this app experience several times. The UI is nicer but the UX is terrible. Every time you book a class you go back to the main page and have to click back through to the schedule. Booking my month of classes takes forever and each click through different pages of the app is so slow and lagging. They also got rid of the ability to rate classes. There are some coaches who need feedback!

App is HORRIBLE but workout is good
they’ve updated this app and somehow made it worse. No where for clients to leave feedback anymore because Solidcore simply no longer cares. Still can’t see waitlist position before booking. sell out company
