App will not let me login on my phone. Found I can login fine of the website in Safari but not on iPhone App. App also works on my new MacBook Air M1.

The app is working but it’s hard to understand the information in the different panels. If there is a video that go through the information you are getting would help. I installed app. Opened it but could not assess to view information. I did try to delete and reinstall many times, but the problem did not solve.
My device is IPhone 7plus, iOS 14.3.
