App will not let me login
App will not let me login on my phone. Found I can login fine of the website in Safari but not on iPhone App. App also works on my new MacBook Air M1.
Understanding the information on the App
The app is working but it’s hard to understand the information in the different panels. If there is a video that go through the information you are getting would help. This app compared to other is simple and has update delays on some of its panels. If this is a tutorial that explain all the information what it means please post

Cannot open due to crash
I installed app. Opened it but could not assess to view information. I did try to delete and reinstall many times, but the problem did not solve.

Unable to even load my power plant. The app crashes once attempting to load the data.
The app suddenly stopped working
After updating to 1.2.4 the app suddenly stopped working on my iPhone 11 Pro Max. The issue hasn’t been resolved even after updating to the 1.2.5 version. I can’t log in. The app gets stuck on the login page.
