Chat doesn’t work and developers are not fixing it
Now the game doesn’t load properly! I’ve spent a ton of money on this game and the developers just seem to not care about this game anymore.
What happened?
Game has pretty much stagnated. Can not access any chat features, no pocket cards etc but they still are running a store to purchase things? Last update was over a year ago. I came back to play this game only to see that everything I liked about the game is all but gone. So sad. I looked around the internet to see if there was anything and last entry on the FB page was March 2020.

Update was not a good idea
Put the pocket cards back. You had people complaining about the game becoming too costly and then you take away the free stuff!!! Make it make sense!! I’ll be going back to my other solitaire games.
Why changes
Y’all have made major changes to the game and not to the players benefit. You have taken away all coins it cost a lot more gems than it used to. There are no more challenges or competitions. It’s just not fun anymore and you’re costing us money. I have had two team members leave because of these changes. And I know everyone in global is complaining about all these changes. Why are y’all changing this game because it’s not fun and it’s costly now. I have emailed and no one has responded. Oh and also no new puzzles at all. Did y’all leave when the coronavirus hit is a question. Can you let me know ifY’all are going to put the challenges back in place again and the rewards.
