Chat doesn’t work and developers are not fixing it
Now the game doesn’t load properly! I’ve spent a ton of money on this game and the developers just seem to not care about this game anymore.
What happened?
Game has pretty much stagnated. Can not access any chat features, no pocket cards etc but they still are running a store to purchase things? Last update was over a year ago. I came back to play this game only to see that everything I liked about the game is all but gone. So sad. I looked around the internet to see if there was anything and last entry on the FB page was March 2020.

Update was not a good idea
Put the pocket cards back. You had people complaining about the game becoming too costly and then you take away the free stuff!!! Make it make sense!! I’ll be going back to my other solitaire games.
Why changes
Y’all have made major changes to the game and not to the players benefit. You have taken away all coins it cost a lot more gems than it used to. There are no more challenges or competitions. It’s just not fun anymore and you’re costing us money. I have had two team members leave because of these changes. And I know everyone in global is complaining about all these changes. Why are y’all changing this game because it’s not fun and it’s costly now. I have emailed and no one has responded. Oh and also no new puzzles at all. Did y’all leave when the coronavirus hit is a question. Can you let me know ifY’all are going to put the challenges back in place again and the rewards.

I had pretty high hopes for this game
I play Bingo Story every day so I assumed this game would have a lot of the characteristics that Bingo Story has. It is similar in a lot of ways and I really like playing it but it is very hard to win powerups which I don't like. I have already spent $20 and still have not gotten as far as I feel I could. Also, the daily link on Facebook never works for me and the groups expect a lot of playtime from you so you can funnel all of your resources into the group. Not sure how long I will keep this game but hopefully some updates will bring some important changes. Thanks Clipwire for your games. I really want to love this game too!

Increase
I loved this game and have been playing for awhile but you taking coins away and jacking the gem amount from 25 to 150 for extra cards is beyond ridiculous. I will be uninstalling.
Fun but annoying
I do enjoy the game play and the graphics are cool. But the constant begging for me to spend money is super annoying. If I want the daily special, I’ll click on it the first time. But for the game to ask me EVERY TIME between rounds gets on my nerves and drives me to not spend a dime because you keep begging. Quit asking so much for my hard earned money and I’ll not only give you more stars but I might just spend some of my hard earned money.

Customer Service Is Non-Existent
I purchased two packs, and never received the purchases, so I emailed the company to fix it. I emailed them twice, and have yet to get a response. I am taking this complaint to Apple.

I have lost many tokens to up my levels
Every time I open app it will exit out
It use to exit it out after I chose to watch ad and make it double
After my completed games I would lose all but of app closing it self and bringing me back. To my home screen

Fun Game....But
This is a very fun game to play but what makes it aggravating is the fact that you can’t hardly enjoy the game without them constantly asking for money. It ruins the flow of the game and is very annoying.
Also. The game is fixed so you have to spend money if you want to advance. But I refuse to fall for this scam. Fun game, but money grabbing.

Used to be fun
I used to enjoy playing, but not anymore. There have been changes with no explanation. The 2 through 9 "wild cards" don't work the same way they once did. They are not helpful at all now. They are also tiny and difficult to see.
Solitaire
Just started and can’t stop very fun and it has many items so it isn’t same old boring game absolutely love it
Best game ever
By far the best game I have ever played. I tell my friends and family about it every time I can. I love the fact you can keep playing for as long as you want. The only thing is sometimes it freezes and it takes me back to 0 in standings. I still love it.
Sick individuals
The chat is full of sick individuals who constantly down people. Acting like it’s their way or no way.. I hope this app gets deleted because if not I’m taking my screenshots to a whole new level!!
One of the better tri peaks.
I enjoy this one more so than others. No annoying ads after every level. Makes me want to buy things more in app to support the developers.

I really do like this game and have sent an email to support... this last update has some major glitches where you cannot see what extra puzzles pieces you have in order to send to your team mates. If
You click on their name to send a gift it shows 0 puzzle pieces.. and when you click on the puzzle all the extra pp you do have all say E0.. this is very frustrating to myself and I’m sure with others!
