Very frustrating withdrawal experience
If I could rate it a 0 I would.
I’ve been waiting over two weeks for my withdrawal with no resolution. I’m currently VIP Level 5, and the app specifically states that VIP 5 withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.
I have contacted customer support multiple times and have received no response or meaningful update about where my money is or when it will be released.
If an app advertises a 24-hour withdrawal timeframe, customers should be able to rely on that—or at minimum receive an explanation when there is a significant delay.
I will update this review if the company responds and successfully processes my withdrawal. Until then, I would be very cautious about depositing money here.

Was good at first-PLAYER BEWARE
UPDATE- It’s been a couple months since I posted my review, and I still haven’t received an answer from support and my problem has not been resolved…
Yea they don’t answer their support tickets,
I’ve been playing this game for a couple months. It was good at first, when I withdrew I would receive the money in 1-3 days. However, now that I’m VIP 3, the withdraw wait is longer and then they only send me partial and then cancel the rest. And then charge me ANOTHER withdrawal fee, when I withdraw the money THEY CANCELLED and CONTINUE to cancel! I’ve wrote them in game and in email as well, now let’s see how long that’s gonna take!

Tedious
Going to delete this game for various reasons. One, don’t like watching 90 second ads just to collect prizes daily. Second, there are not 6 -9’s in a deck of cards. Played $ game and got stuck because nothing but 9’s kept coming up even though I played them
They Don’t Answer
They don’t answer their Support request. They were good for the first couple months of playing, but the last 2 months they stoped paying out the full pay out. Like if you cash out $300, You’ll only get $25 and they cancel the rest. Then the charge you ANOTHER fee to withdraw, even though they’re the ones that cancelled! I’ve contacted support through the app and in email, and no response AT ALL! Like what happened the last couple months that they went downhill.
