Very frustrating withdrawal experience
If I could rate it a 0 I would.
I’ve been waiting over two weeks for my withdrawal with no resolution. I’m currently VIP Level 5, and the app specifically states that VIP 5 withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.
I have contacted customer support multiple times and have received no response or meaningful update about where my money is or when it will be released.
If an app advertises a 24-hour withdrawal timeframe, customers should be able to rely on that—or at minimum receive an explanation when there is a significant delay.
I will update this review if the company responds and successfully processes my withdrawal. Until then, I would be very cautious about depositing money here.

I’ve been playing this game for a couple months. It was good at first, when I withdrew I would receive the money in 1-3 days. However, now that I’m VIP 3, the withdraw wait is longer and then they only send me partial and then cancel the rest. And then charge me ANOTHER withdrawal fee, when I withdraw the money THEY CANCELLED and CONTINUE to cancel! I’ve wrote them in game and in email as well, now let’s see how long that’s gonna take!

Tedious
Going to delete this game for various reasons. One, don’t like watching 90 second ads just to collect prizes daily. Second, there are not 6 -9’s in a deck of cards. Played $ game and got stuck because nothing but 9’s kept coming up even though I played them
They Don’t Answer
They don’t answer their Support request. They were good for the first couple months of playing, but the last 2 months they stoped paying out the full pay out. Like if you cash out $300, You’ll only get $25 and they cancel the rest. Then the charge you ANOTHER fee to withdraw, even though they’re the ones that cancelled! I’ve contacted support through the app and in email, and no response AT ALL! Like what happened the last couple months that they went downhill.

A relaxing and fun experience ♠️♣️♥️♦️
Solitaire Drift is one of the best solitaire games I've played! The gameplay is smooth, the graphics are clean and relaxing, and it's easy to jump into a game anytime. I really appreciate that it doesn't bombard you with ads every few seconds like many other apps do.
The game runs well, is fun to play, and keeps me coming back daily. The rewards and promotions add an extra layer of excitement, and I've had a great overall experience with the platform. I’ve played a lot of solitaire cash games but this one has by far been the best. Small groups great payouts and I haven’t spent a dime.
Seemed legit but it’s another scam
I played for a few days and won a decent amount. It seems like the matchmaking is legit which is rare and nice. But they cancelled my first withdrawal instead of paying me, and then banned me when I withdrew again. No idea why besides they’re another scam I guess. Be warned!

Withdraw issue
It’s like an other player said. You can’t withdraw the money you earned in the game. I’ve won over $5000 but when I tried to withdraw, it stayed over a month in processing. The 7 or 14 days passed without me receiving the money. I emailed and texted in the game multiple times but never received a response back. I start to believe this game is a scam.

BEWARE!!!!
Attempted a withdrawal. After waiting a week I git a message they could only deposit 20% of what I had won. they never deposited. My second withdrawal I have been waiting days and just got the same message. Again with no deposit like they say. I messaged them multiple times and emailed and no response back after 2 weeks. I sent screenshot and email confirmations with proof of what they should have deposited and not one reply. Don’t waste your time.

This game they make sure you don’t win it’s already fixed. I was playing regular Solitaire without money and I won a couple of games but when you play Solitaire drift they make sure the cards are already set for you to lose your money that’s for sure. I will keep playing until my money is gone then I’ll delete this game and the deposit is high just to play. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

These ads you see are outright LIES!! Don’t believe it!! You can’t win anything just playing the daily bonus , you can build up a little and win but over time you will ALWAYS come out a loser ! Their metrics are worse than the casinos!!
