Fun game but
So it was tough to figure out the right number of stars. I downloaded about 6 months ago to pass the time. It’s fun and you can win a few dollars here and there. I’ve withdrawn maybe $5 per month for the first 3 months. However during the 4th month, I tried with withdraw. It goes through a process where they need to approve the withdrawal. No big deal, it usually happens in a couple of days. In short, this time, it is still not complete after 3 or 4 months. I have contacted their support in separate messages 3x. The first time, they responded and after 2 or 3 weeks, closed the support ticket without resolution. I started again, they acknowledge the issue and asked me for more details. Details I cannot provide like amount withdrawn because their app will not allow me to see history of incomplete withdrawals. Then they closed the ticket again. I open a 3rd ticket and they have not responded for 2 weeks. It’s not a big deal as it’s only $5, except the problem is I could conceivably win $100 and not be able to withdraw because their system prevents additional withdrawals until the most recent one is complete. I have even said I don’t care about the money, just clear the withdrawal so I can do a future withdrawal. But no response. I’m tired of it and will only use their system to pass time and send a support message daily until they resolve it

Game play is fun, but don’t expect to get your money
With the plethora of play to win cash solitaire games out there, you’d think these apps would be more closely monitored. I hope this review makes a difference for someone thinking about downloading this and hopefully, brings these criminal software devs out of the App Store completely. You will not get the money you win. Their support will stall and ask you for PayPal receipts showing that you didn’t receive your transfer. I’ve been trying to get my money (only $74) from them for 3 months. DO NOT DOWNLOAD, cannot stress enough how dirty this company is. And software developers, feel free to reach out. Prove me wrong, go ahead. I dare ya!

DISAPPOINTED
I have downloaded every solitaire for cash and I just recently downloaded this game.
I finally put money in the game. I played the diamond game to see the rules and how it works and lost all the practice games I played. I will be the first to admit that I am old and slower than most but on all the other games I play I have at least won most of them. Not to win one out of three games is highly unlikely. That being said i then went to confirm my score but after it went to a screen that said confirm and I thought I was confirming my score again and instead it was a game that took all the cash I had just deposited and then I got ninth. I have never done that bad.
I have two other games from acerna or “king whatever” games and am going to delete those also because I believe the other review that I do not trust any company that is deliberately

Do not like deception. You choose but there are some great other company’s out there who do not do this and knowing that most people do not read all the words on a screen the are very clever to do this, I must admit.

The Grass is Greener!
I’m glad I found this game Solitary King, it’s challenging, they are generous with their gifts, coins, Jewels and money is back and forth, you think you are down, and then you place third and are back to where you started. I can’t remember if I bought in on this one or not because I can’t remember having all that. But I am trying out about 7 different bingo games and so far this one has my vote! I’ll be back to update about the money situation. I know, when I checked in today I had $7 bonus cash and $17 in cashable money but I opted to leave it in to build up a cushion and to use up my bonus cash or I would lose it, If I cashed out with bonus cash in my account. The slate starts clean when you cash out. Lots of extras like side games where you participate by either using your coin or bells, crowns or watching a video..so, there is a lot and I know I’m forgetting something. But it so far seems fun, exciting and rewarding. I’ll let you know about the winning situation on my next post.

Hope you don’t experience any issues
Game itself is true to word. It is also very easy to win. However, the game crash frequent enough to ask for your money back. Customer service chat (VIP) takes days or weeks to respond and have yet to fix the problem or refund me. I’m over 50 dollars in unpaid refunds which is probably why they don’t want to give it back, but I’ve been playing consistently for awhile so I feel like it’s the least they can do. Overall I recommend until it crashes then run because it hasn’t stopped and they don’t respond.

Was loving it until..,
The game itself is fun and addicting. Mayme even worthy of 5 stars. I deposited $50 or so and won some pots and lost some pots. There were 4 or 5 times out of maybe 50 or more games when it crashed mid game. Entry fee was completely lost. They want you to send them a screenshot. Not sure what I would screenshot when the game resets with nothing to show. I was so addicted that I deposited another $30 and it crashed 3 times out of 30 or so games. Only willing to play cheaper entry games because it hurts to much to lose $25 entry on a crash. I’m deleting the game because it’s too tempting to deposit more $$$ only to see it crash. Maybe I’ll try again someday.

I liked the game…but….
Everyday the wheel gives the exact same rewards. It’s either 2 diamonds or 1 penny. Most of the time it’s the diamond. I also hate how if you’re not paying attention it will throw you into the highest game you can afford to play. So if you’re saving gems or money, it’s throwing you into a game that takes everything you have. I also hate the limit on games. You can only play 8 games a day for 2 gems. Unless you’re paying money you can’t really get anywhere. It’s also pretty annoying that the seasons end daily. So you’re judged on a daily score.
I would pay money to play this game if it wasn’t for the rigged rewards wheel.

Fake game
When you start playing the first few times you win all games doesn’t matter how far you go, and that makes you believe you gonna win everything. Then you can do your best and you always gonna loose money. I’ve made the best scores that you can imagine and get the baddest place. I see that sometimes I didn’t finish the game making like 3k points and being 1st. Then you finish exactly the same game and make 17-18k points and finish on last places. Looks like you’re playing vs an algorithm or bots… anyway it’s funny to play. But everybody will loose their money! Then you actually do not receive your money instantly to PayPal as they say on the ads, the first day I got like $120 in profits when I withdraw it would takes like 2 weeks to withdrawal on my PayPal. After that I start loosing everything and that make me cancel the withdraw and try to make more money with my profits but didn’t work. Keep loosing all my profits and more …

Never get a response!
First of all I do not feel that I have been matched fairly since I started. I repeatedly lose over and over and over, if I were being matched with players at my same skill level the odds that I would lose so many games in a row just don’t add up. Second I have logged in daily and I never get past day 3 on the daily rewards so something is wrong with the way it responds to my login. I’m just getting frustrated and to the point I’m ready to leave a negative review on the App Store and stop playing. The games are either rigged or definitely not matched fairly because as I said the odds that I would continuously lose so many games in a row don’t add up and on top of that there are games where there are absolutely no moves and it makes no sense that other players playing the exact same game end sooner than me with such high scores, it’s literally impossible. I had read this on some of the reviews but gave this game a chance anyway but now I’ve experienced it myself several times so either address it and fix it or I will absolutely leave it in a review and be done with this app, as well as make sure as many people as possible know that it’s just another scam

I swear I have seen the same landscape photo on bigger cash games with different names. The only reason it caught my eye, was because they were back to back and both beat me by very small amounts 2 points and then 300 points.
I’m thinking it is more likely than not, they were bots!

I had ran out of $, but wanted to still play! So I was playing with my gems. They had a 2 gem 💎 game after 10 hands or so, that was gone!
I began to notice, they take away the smaller hands, forcing you to play in higher stakes games.
🚨Also, I have been charged small fees from my bank because this company is in Hong Kong!
I haven’t tried to take money out, but I think these games are all the same!
It’s pretty sad, that you have to read through a thousand pages of fine print only to find it’s not what you expected!

Very misleading
As with all these apps that claim you can make hundreds of dollars in the ads, I feel there could be potential. Only thing is I have a couple problems with the game.
First off is the daily reward. I’ve received it once out of the 3 times I was supposed to get it. I get on every day at around the same time and somehow at the last day it resets and I start over with out getting that final reward. It’s bull.
Second, is the games. I like the games in general and solitaire is solid. You have enough diamonds to usually keep playing just regular games which is fine. However a huge problem I have is I’ve literally finished the game in record time multiple times in a row with 16k + points and still lose. Where as there’s times I can see that I have no moves left and it’s done so I end the match and I win 4 diamonds with 3k points. It makes no sense to me the brackets that they put you in. I don’t understand who I’m playing and how the system works but it seems like bull to me.
Overall it’s an ok game but I feel that I’m just being duped into paying and they’re trying to take my money to play higher stake games. I haven’t spent a dime and I don’t plan to.

Not as advertised
I will first say that the game is fun and they do make it so you play without paying each day. However, they do not put you with player log like skill as they advertise. This is to make you lose and deposit more. Be wary. I have been playing the game for a couple of months and have deposited a few times. Each time they tease you with a win or 2, but then you eventually lose everything. What gets me, is when I lose it is to people with scores much higher than I have ever gotten. They obviously are much better than I. I typically come I. Just out of the money and the top 2 or 3 scores are higher than my highest score I have ever gotten. FALSE ADVERTISING. BEWARE.

Options for filling in idle time mentally
As an average kart player that has been on a hiatus I found myself placing this app on my iPad. Honestly I did not expect to enjoy it as much as I do however I have not invest USD in the same manner that I play other King games dominoes, pool, spades, you get the idea…

Do not play!
Decided to test this one out since the App Store is flooded with these games now. I only put in $6 since I was pretty sure I was going to be playing bots. This is also the highest rake I’ve ever seen in any game. Assuming they were real players, the developers would be keeping over 30% of each game. Absolutely insane. Immediately lost my deposited money to literally impossible scores. The generated bot names and pictures aren’t fooling anyone. Wins/losses are predetermined once you hit play like almost all “real money games”. All these apps are literally illegal gambling hiding behind the front of “skill games”.

Amazing
I’ve lost some money playing but I have won big time several times like up to almost $1,000 now 🤘🤘 the game is great you do lose and sometimes the deck feels a little stacked against you but you can win big!!
Taking away features
I’ve been playing for a few days now. While I was playing they took away the 2 Diamond play where it force you to deposit funds not everybody has money to deposit. Also as soon as I made a $6 deposit they took away the Diamond plus $0.20 or something like that which I was looking forward to play. They have to do better. I’m turned off ready to delete the game.

Changes
I enjoyed this game until the recent update. Why were the options to play with gems taken down to only 2 options and the rest all all for money? I enjoyed playing with gems but now there’s only an option to use 2 gems (for only a few hands) or 120 gems (which takes all the gem you can earn in a day for just one hand) I really wish it could go back to the option of betting 2, 25, or more gems so you have an option to play more games. I guess I’ll have to find a new game as I REFUSE to pay money to play games.

iPhone, and iPad are not sync
Five stars for an awesome game I really enjoyed playing I can only say I’m addicted. However, my concern is that my iPad and my iPhone I know sync and it’s like having two separate accounts under the same name. The reason I’m saying this is I was playing on my iPad and I had to leave so I forgot finish it on my phone. Well when I opened up the game on the phone I only had one diamond and I like how did that happen I just had 122 diamonds and I haven’t done a thing, but when I compare the two iPad and iPhone, it’s me, but it’s not me. I want to play your money games, but this situation is making it very scary for me. Please help me figure out why my devices are not sync. Or is this the way things are done on your site?

This is not a real game
If you download this game don’t expect to win a big amount of money…. It baits you in to spend money thinking you have a better outcome of winning when really your just another customer spending money. I do play this for fun but I don’t and wouldn’t recommend someone to spend money your just going to lose. There also often maintenance issues it’s really just taking up space on my phone and I’m probably going to delete it soon!

Misleading
This app is misleading and the wording is the same way. The adds give you the impression that you will get a lot of money for simply playing not true. What they do not tell you is you must pay to play every game. You are told you get money for just downloading their app, did not happen. They use wording such as “Deposit”, however what they do not tell you upfront is that “Deposit” means “Debit”. In other words you will be charged not given credit. Check out thoroughly before playing. It is not what you are lead to believe. In my opinion you have not gained a penny if you must pay to play.
