I redownloaded the game because I got a new phone. When I redownloaded it I was signed in as a guest. The game was winning small but doing good so I bought a package for $19.00. The game then asked me to log in. I did. Well my winnings and my purchase disappeared and went back to my original balance. I still can’t find my purchase or my balance from before I “logged back in” nor have I gotten a response from anyone and have tried to contact customer service on many levels! I don’t care about the money I won I just eat my $19 back

This is based on luck, and not talent. They decide what game you win and lose
I was on this other solitaire game called Solitaire Clash. With that game, I was able to finish every game successfully, but just don’t get the actual points at all times to be the winner. Even though I win on other occasions. I saw this Solitaire Thrill on instagram and fell in love with it, because I don’t have to compete with others to become the number one, but to just finish arranging all cards correctly. This game has stolen my money almost $800.00. They make you win as soon as you recharge, then from nowhere, you start losing and can’t even finish a single game. This is a scam and not real. I kept playing and even screen recording, just to know if I’m doing something wrong, but not. This is not real and I wouldn’t encourage anyone to load funds on this game.

I’ve been playing for a few days now and I love the games. Very fair. And the payouts are quick. My funds were in my paypal overnight! Because of their honesty, I would definitely deposit if needed. For a small amount, you have a chance at doubling your money or more!!!

Won’t Allow Withdrawal
I’ve met the requirement of $40 won for withdrawal. It allows me to submit a withdrawal request by entering my PayPal email and it says “verification code sent”. I have done this countless times and I never receive the email to verify the withdrawal. I check all folders including spam every time.

My child was playing on my phone and made a purchase on my card and when I reached out at first I was getting responses when I stated I wanted my money and the game was being deleted no response and now I’m out of 31$

Will fix decks so you cannot finish them, then bombard you with pop ups to make purchases. $40 minimum CashOut threshold is not possible. Don’t even give it a download!
Scam
Will ask for deposit, will state that you can cash out for $40. Once you hit $40, it tells you that you must only get to $40 by winning that amount rather than being gifted it. Then it will give you impossible decks until you are asked to put in more money.
