Scam

All they do is take your money and send you error message saying you don’t have enough credits not even $100 will make it work. It’s a scam and no one will ever email you back.

An insufficient-credits message right after a purchase usually means the purchase had not synced to your account yet; Restore Purchases on the subscription screen fixes that. Please email support@solmi.ai with your account email and we will check the purchase and your credits right away.

Does not follow prompts. And then even worse, makes mistakes and has you pay to fix them only to make worse mistakes.

Sorry the results missed the mark. AI output varies, so Solmi lets you redo a single shot instead of the whole video, and edits re-render only what changed. If a shot keeps ignoring your direction, send the project name to support@solmi.ai and we will look at it.
