Proceeded to hang up on me. Outrageous.

Solo is built to keep the work-work simple, which is why it’s a mobile-only experience. If you need that desktop option, it’s on the shortlist for 2026. If you need data migration (or desktop now) MYOB also has other great products that may suit you better. Can’t connect bank account

We’d really love to get to the bottom of this, no one should be waiting 2 months for their bank feeds to work, and we’d hate for this to happen again. Please reach out to us in-app via More - Chat to us - Speak to a human so we can properly investigate and get this sorted for you.
Not useful for me
You can’t even create a proper quote, which defeats the purpose of using an invoicing app. The description limit is only 255 characters, which is completely impractical for real jobs. On top of that, there’s no way to easily view past invoices.
Very limited features and frustrating to use. Definitely not suitable for anyone who needs detailed job descriptions or proper record-keeping.

We've not been able to locate a Solo account that precisely matches the name and details shared in your review, but we'd love to have you contact us under "More" - "Chat with us" in the Solo app to discuss billing and cancellation further. Customer service
Absolutely useless, couldn’t sort out my issue and kept closing my case because “it wasn’t their department” helpline directs you to an ai powered chat room which is equally as useless. DON’T BUY!!!
