Doesn’t work - Too good to be true
Didn't let me create an account or log in... Disappointing. This doesn’t do what they advertise they’ll do if you can’t even access the services without “creating an account” first. I shouldn’t need to create an account to see if my product is real or fake. Too good to be true. Extremely disappointed.

Legion of Bloom
I tried scanning to code to help the Monarch Butterflies and the app would NOT let me scan (wouldn’t let me take the picture). I shop a lot with Legion of Bloom, so this gets me upset when they have a card saying “Simply Scan and We Donate to Save the Monarch Butterfly”. STOP MAKING IT HARD TO DONATE. THIS IS F’D UP. By the wait since the app didn’t let me donate, you guys should take it upon yourselves to just donate for me. CAUSE THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING FOR “The Planet”. I ONLY PUT ONE STAR BECAUSE THE APP STORE DIDNT GIVE ME THE ZERO OPTION.

Literally app does not work, I can’t get past the phone number and zip code page
Hard to use
It may be just me but I have yet to successfully scan anything- the set up was difficult and unintuitive- maybe when I figure it out I’ll re rate . But right now I’m frustrated with the set up process and all the silly questions
