Issue with app and no support

I have been having issues with some of the apps but have been getting no support and there is no one getting back to me and I have tried sending email but apparently the email Id by the developer is also not right. I’m having issues with 4 apps that I got full version of. Really disappointed!

If I could give this zero, I would!

It opens but the voice reads out a completely different sentence to the one that is on the screen! Waste of money and I’m very disappointed
