Issue with app and no support
I have been having issues with some of the apps but have been getting no support and there is no one getting back to me and I have tried sending email but apparently the email Id by the developer is also not right. I’m having issues with 4 apps that I got full version of. Really disappointed!

Can’t open
I just downloaded this app and I can’t even download it. Every time I try to open it it crashes. Do I need to delete it and reinstall it?
Will not open on iPad
Tried many times and have latest update. I gave up.
Help me fix read it part
The audio and the sentence doesn’t match the correct answer, help me fix it. My son doesn’t read he needs the audio to help him understand the sentence.
Doesn’t work
I purchased this a few days ago and it won’t open. I deleted and redownloaded but still doesn’t work. It acts like it’s going to open and then just goes away. I tried emailing to the email that’s listed here but I haven’t received a reply. Please help.

The app has no audio even though I adjusted this feature in the settings.
The sentences are uninspired, as are the cartoon pictures.
The feature to select single words does not work.
Difficult to use, and you can only access 3 of the 30 programs, the rest cost extra. How unkind and ungenerous.

Can’t open
Paid 99p and app does not even open. Loading screen appears and then the app crashes

Game keeps giving error messages and locking. What's working is great though.

I love that this app can be customized for the individual student. The children are instantly filled with reading confidence which encourages them to move forward with their skills.
