Customer service
I received two characters-one through a purchase and one through Green seek.
But when I went to change my character it said I didn't own either one.
I have restarted the app and uninstall/Reinstalled it.
They are still not available.
I have searched all over the app and there is no way to contact customer service with a problem.
So I've basically wasted my money.
Play the game just don't buy anything. You don't get what you paid for.

Glitches abound.
The game is glitching bad. Wonโt let you aim. Iโve lost five matches in a row. When you bring it up in chat you just get laughed at because you are just to low of a lvl. So donโt get the game.

Glitchy
Super glitchy, will just freeze or close on my iPad when I try to start a chapter. Sometimes, it will also not kill the last thingoes in the chapter and never finish. You have to close it or end it and be defeated, even if you got close to full rewardsโฆ
Generally, not enough info about game mechanics either. Eg. What do the little icons next skills mean. Is the wand dmg physical? Etc
