Glitchy
Super glitchy, will just freeze or close on my iPad when I try to start a chapter. Sometimes, it will also not kill the last thingoes in the chapter and never finish. You have to close it or end it and be defeated, even if you got close to full rewards…

Stuck on the loading screen
Fix the game please fix the game already please please please please
Can’t open the game
When I open the game. It just gets stuck on the loading screen and it never ends up saying start. The only time that I can access the game is around 1230-3 am EST. And it’s really getting old to not be able to play when I want to. And their support website times out Everytime I try to get to it so I can’t even get any help

Not happy
The mail doesn’t work when I beat chapter 5 of spell caster and then enter code it didn’t work and when I try to re enter code it says invalid code 👎 please fix this.
Lies
Don’t download this if you seen the ad in stayroom to get to chapter 5 and win 150 gems in stayroom. When you redeem your code, it will say invalid code even though you copied it directly.
Game not opening.
I sent a feedback bug for the game, To where I wasn’t able to open the game app and I was stuck on the loading screen, and I deleted it and reinstalled the game and now I lost all of my hard work data and hours into the game. If it’s possible to get it back or the system servers or developers can help get it all back or something at least of some kind of help I would I highly appreciate it. Please everyone don’t delete the game. Just wait it out until we hear something from the developers team.

Good game but took my money
The game is very fun to play but they took my money after i bought the privilege contract and did not give me the product. I would avoid purchasing anything within the game due to the risk of not receiving it. I have no way of contacting the devs either.
Game will not open after purchase
Attempted to purchase the Christmas pack 1 option in the event store. After purchasing the pack the game said “reconnecting” and then crashed. The money came out of my acct so the purchase was successful. HOWEVER, I can no longer open the game. Every time I try the game crashes the second I click on it to open it. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times now and it still crashes immediately when trying to open it. This is happening to a lot of us and we are all missing out on not only the Christmas event but normal daily activities that gives us rewards to include the Bargain option in alliance. The amount of rewards we are going to miss out on is going to be far greater than what the devs reimburse us and that’s even if they fix the issue. Extremely disappointing and I’ve been playing this game since it came out. Just another huge problem in a long list of continued screw ups on the developers side.

Enjoying it. But now I can’t Evan open the app.
I’ve been rather enjoying this game but i literally cannot Evan open it. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still it won’t Evan load a little just automatically shuts done. Seems to be after the latest bug fixes.

Fun for a bit then it bugged out saying I don’t have enough magic even though I had over 100
Good game
So I don’t usually post reviews but honestly, I think the developers are doing a pretty good job keeping players entertained I would definitely recommend some type of player configuration. Where players can configure their own character their own way.
Unfair gameplay
The developers of this app purposely make it to where you can’t surpass the first 5 levels without having to wait. Even when you watch ads to get a lot of extra money, etc, they don’t even let the upgrades do anything, it’s just to get players angry and keep playing till they beat it. It’s rude, a waste of time, and honestly I personally think it’s so boring just 10 times in a row not being able to beat 1 level no matter what I do.

Developers have disappeared
The developers have vanished. No updates in the last 3 months or so. No responses to the numerous bug reports. People continue to spend loads of money on this game and it’s not being used to better the experience. In fact, it’s getting worse. Now we can’t even remove inactive players from alliances which makes it impossible to get what’s called bargain down to zero cost for free rewards. Done intentionally I’m sure. Seems more and more like fraud by the day.

Played the game per the silent castle ad - didn’t get the reward. Also the UI is horrible. Everything is hard to read. No clear exit buttons
