Ai is poorly written
This apps ai is poorly written it only gets a 1 star bc it auto tracks mileage and my earnings in the gig economy. They ai recommends times that I am not available skips hours and only pulls data from one app when I multi app.
No DoorDash
Payed the yearly for this to help with Door Dash taxes and it doesn’t support their card surprisingly they did add PayPal finally
No trips were logged
Just checked in and for several months, no trips were logged. I use This app to track uber rides but Apparently, settings have to be switched to on all the time and not just while using all app. Sadly, I was never notified so I wasted money for this app for months and no trips were logged

Account linking
I'm really disappointed with the Solo app. Overall, it just doesn't work very well and is too buggy to use reliably. My main issue is that it constantly unlinks my connected accounts without any warning. It is incredibly frustrating to have to go in and re-link my information over and over again just to use the basic features. It completely defeats the purpose of the app and is a huge waste of time. Until the developers fix these connectivity issues, it's simply not worth the hassle.

Can’t even delete
You can’t even delete the account without doing the free trial. It literally prompts you in the profile section that you can’t move around the app without the free trial blocking everything. Don’t DOWNLOAD THEY WILL HAVE YOUR DATA FOREVER.
Also read the bs replies the review bot keeps making just because you say you don’t sell data doesn’t mean you actually don’t that why companies get sued for lying about terms and agreements.
This app is a start ups way of cash grabbing and the helpful comments are bots.. in a world of subscription this subscription that I won’t be giving this app my money and no I won’t start your dumb free trial to give you a chance so don’t even comment about it.

UPDATE: They brought back the visuals, I’m once again very happy with this app. Would recommend.
Misleading pay guarantee
They advertise a pay guarantee and make it seem like if you don’t make a certain amount during the hours you buy insurance for, they pay the difference. But they make it so they don’t have to pay out, even if you genuinely didn’t hit the amount you ensured. They don’t absorb the risk with slow periods. For example, if you don’t have orders coming in, they don’t count that as active time even though you’re online. Effectively shifting the risk onto you.

Why did you all get rid of the daily/weekly graph in the business section? Why are there no visuals anymore? I liked being able to go over these things. I want to revert back to how the app was before. This has caused me to start shopping around for a new platform.

it will make you get the subscription for doing anything.. first it takes all your sensitive data and than if you want to delete the account or do anything you have to buy subscription means you have to provide another sensitive data to even cancel your account.. This is a scam

They take a subscription before the trial is over they won’t let you cancel the subscription and they don’t even have data for my area I live in I paid the subscription yesterday and they are still charging me I wouldn’t download this app.
