About

Understand your connections, and build the ones that matter. SoloCare Connect shows you where your relationships feel strong, where they feel quiet, and what to do next. It's a private space to look at connection honestly, without labels or judgment. Maybe you have people around you and still feel unseen. Maybe you just moved, or a relationship ended. SoloCare helps you see the pattern and gives you small, specific steps to change it. HOW IT WORKS Start with a 4-question check-in. It takes under a minute. Then go deeper with a 12-question profile across four areas: - Social Connection: friendships, community, belonging - Intimate Connection: closeness with a partner or your closest person - Family Connection: support and trust - Sense of Belonging: feeling part of the world around you DISCOVER YOUR CONNECTION ARCHETYPE Your results reveal one of eight archetypes, like The Chosen Circle or The Open Door. Each shows the strengths you bring and your next growth edge. Share yours if you like. CONNECTION DEPTH INDEX (OPTIONAL) Eight questions about two things most assessments miss: - What you show: how much of your real self you let people see - How seen you feel: whether the people close to you actually get you Being busy and being known are not the same thing. This tells you which one you need. Skipped it? Finish it later from your results. A WEEKLY RHYTHM - A 15-second weekly pulse to notice how you're doing - A full check-in every four weeks to see real change, not day-to-day noise - Honest progress: small ups and downs show as "holding steady" MEET SOL, YOUR AI COMPANION - Explains your results in plain, warm language - Helps you explore the patterns behind your relationships - Suggests action ideas that fit your profile, including real places near you - Learns from what you try: tell Sol how an action felt, and your next ideas adapt WHAT MAKES SOLOCARE DIFFERENT - Built on established loneliness research, adapted for everyday use - Knows the difference between needing more people and needing to feel known by the people you have - Strength-based: your results show where you're strong, not what's wrong with you - Small, specific steps instead of generic advice - Private by design: your data is never sold WHO IT'S FOR - You feel unseen, even with people around you - You've moved somewhere new - You're going through a change: a breakup, a new job, an empty nest - Your conversations stay on the surface and you want more - You're curious how connected you really are FREE TO USE Every assessment, Sol and all action ideas are free. Optional tips support independent development. IMPORTANT SoloCare Connect is a self-reflection tool. It is not therapy, diagnosis or medical advice. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right away.

What's New in SoloCare Connect

1.5.0

September 30, 2026

A bigger update than usual. Here's what changed. A new Today screen. Open the app and you'll see one thing to try, this week's reflection from Sol, and a quick check-in. Your full results, archetype and history now live in their own Profile tab. Weekly pulse. Two quick questions, under 15 seconds, once a week. The full check-in now comes around every four weeks, so you spend less time answering and more time acting. Actions that learn. Tap "I tried this" on any action and tell us how it felt. Your next ideas adapt to what actually worked for you, and your wins show up on your profile. Two new archetypes. The Chosen Circle and The Open Door, so more people get a result that actually fits. Clearer questions. Some questions now use an agree/disagree scale that fits them better. Your next check-in starts a fresh baseline. More honest progress. Small ups and downs now show as "holding steady" instead of being called progress or decline. Your depth results, anytime. Skipped the depth questions? You can now finish them from your results without starting over. Plus a warmer look for your results, smoother answering, and improvements to how Sol recognizes when someone might need more support.
