Could not even find where “view Google photos” is in the settings. Very confusing UI. Gave up trying. Requesting refund.
Does not work.
Google stopped being compatible, was the only slideshow app I could find that met all my needs until google broke it.
Terrific App for Photos
Have been using this app as a Digital Photo Frame displaying Google Photos albums for a few years on a number of old iPads. It’s been brilliant. Recently, Google have effectively taken that feature away, which is unfortunate although it’s still possible to display photos from Camera Roll. I’m hoping that one day, access to my curated Google albums will come back. App worked really well; shuffle and various display durations were really useful.

No longer working
I have used this app for a long time and recently this app has blocked being able to log in and see my google albums. Likely google has changes a setting, but they need to update this app.

Just Needs Weather!
This app turned an old iPad into a photo frame. Just save photos as 4:3 and you’re golden. I love that the day and time can be added, the only thing holding this back from being perfect is being able to display the temperature in my local area. Thank you for a great app!

I loved that this app could randomly display a slide show from multiple albums. I have many thousands of photos and hundreds of albums on Google Photos. It was a great way to turn an old iPad into an ongoing, random, digital picture frame. As of March 31, Google severed this access so this app is a now a brick as far as my use of it goes. How disappointing.

Doesn’t support Google Chromecast
Purchased this App specifically so I could make a slideshow with my Google Photos then display the Slideshow on my Chromecast on a TV for a party I’m hosting. No Chromecast option, only Apple AirPlay. I then went to request a refund within 15 minutes of discovering this issue, only to find out that I am not eligible for a refund. Don’t waste your money on this App like I did!

No casting
I bought the app thinking I would be able to use the big Casting button to Cast. No, there is only a pop up suggesting a use “Screen Mirror” instead. Delay speed faster then 5 seconds is not possible.

Just one small feedback request ~ I’d love the time font to be larger. The iPad is across the room and the current font is too small to be useful. The ability to increase the size would make this app perfect!

I investigated several options to use my old iPad for displaying photographs. I am so glad that I found solo slides, as it works very well! I love the time programming feature. Thank you for developing a program that works so smoothly!

Vertical photos are cut off.
The setting choices in this are not super clear. Took some fidgeting to get my album to show up in the list. I wanted to shuffle the pics, had to pay to get that feature. Lame. Then it didn’t even work right. All the vertical shots are cut off. Sad when it is a nice profile picture with no head.
