About

SolTi is a workout timer for people who train alone at the gym or at home - with a prep countdown, HIIT intervals, and a voice that counts you in. Save each workout as a card, tap it once, and the timer runs the whole thing: prep time, work time, rest, and the next round. Every finished session is logged automatically, so your records build up without any extra taps. A voice that keeps you off the screen - A spoken 3-2-1 countdown before work starts, and "Go" the moment it begins. - A voice cue each time a rest phase starts, and a cheer when the workout is done. - Vibration on every phase change, for loud gyms and quiet mornings. - Sound and vibration can be turned on or off separately in Settings. Prep time, then work - one unbroken flow - Every timer card has a prep time: press Start, get into position, and the work time begins on cue. - The timer keeps running with the screen off; a notification marks each phase change and the finish. - Pause, resume, or stop early with big buttons made for one hand. Timer cards for the workouts you repeat - Save "Plank 2:00", "Rest 90s", or "Squats 0:45" as cards and start any of them with one tap. - Give every card its own color with the color slider. - Put cards in the order you like. HIIT and Tabata intervals - A HIIT timer strings several exercises together with rest in between and repeats them for as many rounds as you set. - 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off, 8 rounds - the classic 4-minute Tabata is one card. - Each exercise in a HIIT timer gets its own time, so full-body circuits are easy to build. Records, levels, and badges - The Home screen shows today's training as a color bar. - Records shows weekly and monthly charts, a history list by date, and totals: time, sessions, average, and streak days. - Five levels from Rookie to Master, earned with total training time, plus 9 badges to collect. - A 12-week workout heatmap shows how hard you trained week by week (Pro). Free and Pro - Free: up to 3 regular timer cards, 1 HIIT timer, and all records, stats, levels, and badges. The free version shows ads outside of workouts. - Pro: unlimited timer cards and HIIT timers, no ads, the 12-week heatmap, and home screen widgets (small, medium, large) that start a card right from your home screen. - Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription. The price shows in your local currency on the purchase screen. Do I need an account? No - there is no sign-up, and your records are stored on this phone. Does the timer work with the screen off? Yes - it keeps counting, and a notification tells you when a phase changes and when you are done. Can I switch the app language? Yes - choose English or Korean in Settings. The free version shows ads. Questions? Use Contact us in Settings. Privacy policy: https://www.junu.co.kr/terms/solti/privacy/ Terms of use (EULA): https://www.junu.co.kr/terms/solti/eula/
