Never Use Solutioninn: Waste of Time and Money
Got a “free” book through Solutioninn without knowing that it came with a membership that included a useless AI tutor that ChatGPT can already provide for free. Exchanged emails with support for a month without getting a shipping label to ship back the item. They said I had to go on the website. On the website, you have to pay to return the book and the website did not actually allow you to pay and after informing support, they failed to respond. Had to report unfair trade and block further membership charges through my bank.
