Stay connected to your care team between visits. Somra RTM is the patient companion for Somra Medical, a program your clinic uses to follow your recovery between appointments. Spend two minutes a day, and your care team sees how you're really doing, under physician supervision. Quick daily check-ins Answer a few simple questions about your pain, sleep, activity, and how you're feeling. Most check-ins take about two minutes. Your responses are saved and shared with your care team in real time. See your progress Your monthly report turns every check-in into a clear picture, from pain trends to your symptoms, so you and your clinicians can see what's working. Message your care team Send a secure message about your symptoms, medications, or questions about your recovery, and hear back from the people managing your care. Assigned to you Your clinic sets up the programs and assessments that fit your care, including validated check-ins for pain, sleep, mood, and post-procedure recovery, and they show up right when they're due. A daily reminder helps you stay on track. Private by design Your information is only visible to your provider's office. Your record never leaves your care team. Getting started Somra RTM is invite-only. You'll need an access code from your care team to enroll, and they'll connect you once you're approved. Important: Somra RTM is in addition to your regular care, not a replacement for clinic visits, and it is not for emergencies.
