What's New in Somryst

1.2.1

July 14, 2022

Hello from the Somryst team! We’ve been hard at work on bug fixes and performance improvements in this version.

User reviews

Next to useless

I used the program for several months and it was tedious and doesn’t offer much other than a way to record your sleep in the most annoying way possible. This is supposed to replace in person cognitive behavioral therapy and it lets you watch videos and read, then really fails to monitor your sleep or help you manage your sleep issues. I can save you the pricey subscription cost. Stay up as late as you can, compress your sleep time into a smaller period of five hours or so then expand that gradually. That’s all the program does.

Somryst no go

Tried to get this service to assist me with my insomnia, but I needed a prescription for it. At the onset, they tested me and my needs and approved me for prescription. About 2 weeks went by with no contact, then they wrote an email stating that I didn’t have a prescription and to apply at their telemedicine service to get one . I did that and another week went by with no contact. So, I decided that this had gone on long enough and tried to cancel. They said my prescription was approved and to contact the people who wrote it to cancel. This does make any sense!! So, I have heard nothing to date. Support is non-existent and no follow up for the service!!!
