Canceled but still charged - didn’t even calculate my chart correctly

I gave my exact birth info including time and location but the app wouldn’t calculate my rising sign. Even worse, as an Aries sun Aries moon and Sagittarius rising, it was crazy to see my profile say air dominate mutable. This app is a joke. Don’t waste your time or your money.
