We're sorry for the frustration. Apple handles all billing and cancellations for subscriptions directly, we can't charge you ourselves. If you canceled and got charged anyway, Apple can fix it: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, and request a refund. You can also check under Settings, your name, Subscriptions to confirm the cancellation went through. If anything still looks off in the app after that, email us at contact@roguelabs.nyc and we'll help right away.
