Can’t get a response on app not working
I’ve loved this app in the past. However, for over a week now the app has not worked/launched. I tried messaging Sona directly and through the App Store with no response. My app is set to renew and I will be forced to cancel my renewal.
Decent app, when it works
Looking for an app that utilizes curated music to help alleviate anxiety and help overall mental health. When I first started using the app it was helpful. Overtime the user experience has declined significantly. First, it was the very infrequent adding of new music. Then issue where it would launch but all historic data was missing. Now I cannot even launch app, either myself or my wife. It has been over a week, we have both submitted these issues and no response. For many apps that are free or a few bucks, not a big deal. In this case we have spent $60 between us and unable to use. I do not recommend this app.

Hasn’t worked for the last two weeks
Worked fine for months and months. Now it won’t play music so I deleted it. Now it wants me to create a new account, but then it tells me my email is already associated with an account, but it won’t allow me to reset my password. So I try to get a hold of Support and that form won’t send. Nothing to do but leave this review, it’s the only way to communicate with you guys. Creating anxiety that the app is supposed to be eliminating

App does not work. Expensive for basic functionality
No tech support whatsoever.
Pretty sad - error message and no support
I’ve been getting error messages all day when trying to use Sona & when I tried submitting a support request in app and on the website I was unable to do so saying there the connection doesn’t exists. Their socials don’t say anything about closing so I’m sad if this is permanent. I use Sona every day

Doesn’t work at all
I want to sign up for what I’ve been told is an awesome app with awesome music to help me cool off and calm down. The app seems to think two of my emails already have accounts associated with them, which I don’t believe they do. It won’t let me create an account with those emails but it also won’t allow me to reset my password. It won’t even allow me to contact support. Of relieving stress and anxiety they’ve managed to create it

Helps with self regulating
I listen before meditation and at bedtime
I’ve used Sona every day for four years!
My twins have fallen asleep with Sona every night for almost 4 years, we had tried other sounds/music and nothing comes close. They love the “water music” — Sona has a special and unique soothing power. My only feedback is that I want more music and to be able to set different moods or vibes for myself.

Very Beneficial
I’ve found the app extremely helpful in reducing my anxiety when it spikes. I’ve recently tried following the prescribed amount of listening and am finding my anxiety is not manageable all around. Very pleased with my purchase.

Chill switch for my brain
I love Sona. I use it 3-4 times a week, usually while stretching or winding down for bed. It’s like a "chill switch" for my brain.
Sona is good for sleep. It has meaning In it’s name
I am so far enjoying using SONA. Their app is very user friendly.It is really mean to it’s title.I am using sona every time before i go to bed and it helps me to sleep good throughout the night. Also when in the day i am feeling stressed, I like to usa sona to relieve it. I would recommend to take a shot and see if it helps you too or not. I am looking forward to their new releases

Love this App
Its amazing for meditation. I use it after my yoga or while working on my desk or sometime when I go for a walk. Music is unique and very calming.
DOES NOT WORK WITH VOICEOVER! LEAVES VISUALLY IMPAIRED COMMUNITY OUT!
Sona will not work with VoiceOver on the iOS platform! Not one of the buttons on Sona responded to clicks while I was using VoiceOver (VO)! Visually Impaired Persons (VIPs) might need Sona, too! Next, I was surprised to sign to Sona, then IMMEDIATELY run into a “START TRIAL”! I had no idea there was no test period without being tied to a subscription! Forget and money is automatically pulled from your account! This just isn’t right for those who typically avoid such situations! Especially when they aren’t warned! AND, the 7-day trial is very stingy! I don’t even know if the surprise trial is for monthly or yearly subscription! Shame on you, Sona developer! Why not offer a Lifetime subscription? I am so tired of not being offered a one-time payment option!!! I just am tired, so very tired, of monthly and yearly greed! A user could easily spend thousands of dollars a year with all this gouging! The iOS platform has just gone completely crazy with this! There are older, disabled, and maybe others who cannot accommodate all this push for more money, more money! You might even aet more subscriptions if you did offer a Lifetime option! And, what about having a heart for those who simply can’t afford the costs, even though your app might make their lives better, just as it might help the richest persons! I am legally blind and I could use a free version! If not free, I WANT A LIFETIME VERSION! The trial version is so short and since it isn’t compatible with VoiceOver, I will not benefit from the surprise trial! I was able to listen a bit. I think Sona might be very life-changing for many of us who suffer anxiety, sleeplessness, and such. Thanks for the app, but please fix the issues stated above , with all haste! I will be happy to give more stars when you address the items above!

Love this app so worth the $
I used to use random Spotify playlists when going to sleep and relaxing and I used the trial and am hooked. The sound quality is so good and I don’t wake up to random crap on the middle of the night. I love researching brain wave states and love how sona has the brain science too.
Basically Pandora with ambient music
It’s kind of like Pandora and plays random songs but it has only relaxing ambient music and plus a calming background image. The music is indeed incredibly relaxing and very good, though they are short, most songs are only 4 minutes and then they change to the next track. I would like the songs to play continuously for at least 30 minutes or 1 hour, and/or with the ability to repeat tracks. And plus, the app is only available free for 7 days and then you have to pay for a subscription after. And I would've like an offline mode as well. I wish there were some free content at least, or allow users to look at banner ads to access content in exchange. I enjoyed the peaceful ambient music though.

Kids are sleeping better
Getting my kids to bed has always been a struggle. I recently started putting Sona on at night to help us wind down. I noticed kids started to go to bed earlier and sleeping better. It really works!!! It has become a huge important part of our nightly routine. We look forward to putting Sona on a cuddling up. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Couldn’t even create an account
If the menu music is supposed to help me it did not. I put in my email and it said i had already made a previous account but this is literally first time I download this app.
