I just wanted my all transaction history as a statement, more than 2 weeks gone. They never provided. These people are here to make people trouble. If u have any choice then don’t send money via them. These are just few illiterate people got job after new government came without any qualifications. Specially the manager is really not qualified. I even told him, how to print using keyboard, but he never managed to do it. He must should not be in his position. We must boycott Sonali Pay in UK. Moreover, Sonali Pay is not a Sonali Bank company. Full fraud

Didn’t give me proper money
I send my money from uk to Bangladesh and they didn’t give me extra 2.5%. Very disgusting app.recommend you not to use

Great money transfer app! I used TapTap Send for around 3 years to send money to Bangladesh 🇧🇩, but a friend recommended Sonali Pay and I’ve been using it recently.
The best thing about Sonali Pay is the exchange rate, it’s usually better than most other services. The app is legitimate, reliable, and the transfers are always completed successfully. Sometimes it can be a little slower than TapTap Send, but the better rate makes it worth it for me.
Overall, a trustworthy service with consistently great rates. Highly recommended✨✨

Apps not working
Apps isn’t working. I tried so many times with reinstalling. Still It asks for update. But when I do, it keeps showing the same thing “update” again and again.
Unable to open
I have deleted the app and downloaded it again but keep showing to upgrade. I always use the app as it gives better rates for sending money to Bangladesh.

Update warning stays there
The app need to fix the bugs because the warning message about the update staying there and there is not cancellation option and its completely freeze the app.

App has been perfect until today - not sure what update made but it’s not working! In a loop - deleted app and reinstalled as stated but that has not resolved. Pls fix - otherwise will need to look at alternative options!
