Login Issue
I have facing problem with sonata stride app Login issue. I have entered my mobile number in the 1st page but the shows invalid number so I couldn’t connect my watch to mobile. So plzzz solve this issue
Issue to register Vietnam number
Dear Developer,
I am not able to register app in Vietnam, seems doesn't support this country.
Later I register it with my Indian number using in Vietnam, but the Bluetooth device is not fully functional & compatible with IPhone-13.
Stride automatically gets disconnected from pairing device and most features of stride are not working on iPhone-13 and it is working as a normal wrist watch.
Hope to hear solution on this problem.

Not able to connect
I am trying to connect the watch with my iPhone 13 But not able to do so. After so many efforts still can not find the watch to connect the Bluetooth.
Not able to pair
I’m unable to pair watch with my iPhone which is running on the updated version
App is not working in iOS
Either my watch have the Bluetooth connection problem or this app doesn’t support iOS.
