Worthless

You have to select every song, album, or artist you want to play. Amateur. Probably a virus launcher.

Response from developer

Song Announcer provides the same Artist, Album, Song, and PLAYLIST music selection functionality that is provided in the Apple Music app. Apple is extremely rigorous in their app review process. Apple does not allow "Virus Launchers" to be deployed on their App Store.

Liked it so far, but it has several restrictions

Like the fact that it is only $.99 so far.

Like the fact that it has some good settings on it although the voice seems to be the same no matter what.

Dislike they’re not being a readable dark mode.

Really dislike not being able to tag my entire song library simply instead of having to tag each individual song. Maybe I missing a step, but I sure can’t find it.

Response from developer

Magus404, A new version will be released shortly after the 1st of the year (2022). It will have Dark Mode support. Unsure what the issue is with the announcer voices. There should be 3 distinct voices. A female Aussie, a male Brit, and a male American. If this is not what you are experience, please contact Song Announce Support. One method of tagging your entire music library is to create a playlist containing all music in your library. After selecting the playlist, press the "+" at the top of the screen, then "Done". Voila'

Yes

Great idea but doesn’t work

Doesn’t let you into settings - just crashes. When you go back in the music you added is wiped. Tried half a dozen times, deleted and reinstalled the app, but nothing worked. Shame.

Superior Software

This Ap fills a much needed gap in accurately announcing your downloaded music. Works smoothly and interfaces seamlessly. Fantastic Ap!!
