Double-Counting issue
The app seems to double count some play counts

Great idea as there are very little apps out there for Apple Music stats especially for those that haven’t signed up to the cloud service.
Only disappointment is it only shows the top 10 on the dashboard but if you ask the AI tab it will tell you the top 100.
Be good for the menu dashboard to show top 100 or even all the artists and albums in the library. Got to be easy to update that as the info is there?

Great free features
Great app, does what I need it to for free. They do have a premium tier for some features, which makes sense because our boy needs to get paid. Very happy with the free features on this, don’t listen to the negative reviews.
App not syncing
I love the concept of the app. Unlike other People, I don’t mind paying a couple bucks to have all my listening stats; I listen to music multiple hours a day. However, the app is not syncing with Apple Music well. Today, my play count says I’ve only played four songs, but I’ve listened to music for three hours today. It’s missing almost all the songs I’ve listened to. I tried looking at the FAQ, but there is nothing. I tried chatting with someone in the app. Still nothing. I will keep trying to resolve the issue. If not, I will be requesting a refund.

Suggestion.
The option to send feature requests has never worked for me, so I’ll write my suggestion here. A UI change I would love is: When selecting an album and looking at its tracks, the default display would be the track number on the left, with the option of play count/minutes/last played/skips number on the right side. Clicking the option again would make the numbers on the right go from highest to lowest. Clicking a third time would make the option lowest to highest. Clicking again would return it to the default. The only thing that might remove is the option to view album tracks from last to first, but realistically does anyone need that viewing option?

Ripped me off
Last year I had the premium subscription then there was a major update, now I can’t re activate my subscription but I can’t find proof of the subscription . That seems to have disappeared. Was a good app until the update that ripped me off.

I had the premium content but not it seems to have vanished. I tried doing a restore but it said it couldn’t find the subscription. I had the one time purchase account. I tried contacting them through the app but kept getting an error message.

App literally used to be free for years. Then I kept getting this annoying pop up recently every time I launched that I had to swipe away which was concerning. Then, I pressed the “plays” button while listening to a song and it was “locked” so I have to pay a subscription for it ??? LMFAOOOOOO you’re out of your mind. Instant delete.

I got this app (Oct 2021) before they put all features as “premium” as an “upgrade”. I wrote a review complaining about how that version was such a downgrade, especially for people like me who had it before that… The developer responded saying if I “restored purchase” I’d have the premium version forever. Well I just changed my phone and had to redownload my apps and now it’s saying I have the free version and there is no record of my subscription. But before I changed phone it was fine and the premium version was there 😫😭 I like this app, it’s informative especially with the premium features but this is ridiculous.

What Happened
I used this app everyday for 2 and half year and purchased the premium version. I loved it, one of my favorite apps to look at my stats. Next thing I know I’m locked out of half the features. Definitely not worth 36 Dollars a year. Not worth the money, plenty of other ways to get MORE In-depth music stats for MUCH cheaper. So disappointing on the decline of this app. Such a shame. As a loyal customer of almost 3 years I feel disrespected.

Je suis déçu car je préférais la version précédente où la page d'accueil était très bien faite.
On voyait tout de suite les informations importantes comme la date de dernière lecture, date d'achat, date d'ajout... Etc...
Désormais, tout est est présenté en ligne, on n'a même plus les heures, uniquement les dates...
Le reste est toujours sympa mais pas cette page d'accueil...

Having to pay for everything is tacky
I get what it’s like to be an indie developer because I am one. But this is just too extreme of a paywall. I found about idk two useful features without paying most of which I already knew. People use apps like these to know the nitty gritty details about their library and limiting the app to what people already know just gives a bad vibe.
