Have not had any stats/listens import since 6 August. Have tried to troubleshoot and have left posts on their feedback page in the app but no improvements. Ridiculous.

Total junk
The entire app is total junk. From not importing data at all to never syncing, this app has never worked properly. So much for paying for premium features that have literally never worked properly. Waste of money. The ‘feedback’ option within the app also doesn’t even work to provide feedback.

‘Syncing issues’
Unfortunately this app is just too inconsistent, every week there is syncing issues for Apple Music. Songs I skipped are counted MULTIPLE times, songs I listened to regularly, not even counted, my streams completely inaccurate. Albums I barely listened to suddenly become my most listened. Artists I listened to for MAX one song that week become my top artist because this app does not count my streams. I paid for premium and even after uploading my entire streaming history from Apple Music, it cannot count streams consistently. Apparently I listened to ZERO songs yesterday, even though I must’ve been listening to my playlist for at least three hours?? Honestly not worth it solely because it cannot fix any syncing issues at all.
