Paying for Plus but Getting Anything But
Have not had any stats/listens import since 6 August. Have tried to troubleshoot and have left posts on their feedback page in the app but no improvements. Ridiculous.
‘Syncing issues’
Unfortunately this app is just too inconsistent, every week there is syncing issues for Apple Music. Songs I skipped are counted MULTIPLE times, songs I listened to regularly, not even counted, my streams completely inaccurate. Albums I barely listened to suddenly become my most listened. Artists I listened to for MAX one song that week become my top artist because this app does not count my streams. I paid for premium and even after uploading my entire streaming history from Apple Music, it cannot count streams consistently. Apparently I listened to ZERO songs yesterday, even though I must’ve been listening to my playlist for at least three hours?? Honestly not worth it solely because it cannot fix any syncing issues at all.

It was good until it shut down for a month
It’s been down for nearly a month now with inaccurate data only recording like one song that I listened to out of the multiple that I listen to a day a refund or a discount something should be issued especially since I am paying for the premium just for the base service to not work at all
Apple Music Doesn’t Sync Properly
They have a warning up in the app saying Apple Music streams don’t sync properly (very true, it can barely tell when I listen to music and is very wrong about what I’ve been listening to). Says they are “waiting for Apple to fix the issue” so likely this will never get fixed. As it stands the app is completely useless since the data tracking is not accurate.

Doesn’t sync
DO NOT BUY. This app hasn’t been syncing with Apple Music for the past month. It’s not a problem that they can fix so I do have some sympathy but it makes the app completely useless. Not that impressed that I paid for subscription for something that doesn’t work.
Not Tracking Streams
It seems like every apple music user is having the same issue when it comes to the syncing not working! i tried disabling and reenabling and turning off and on the sync streams, i even requested my apple music data again so i can resync with up to date streaming data and still it’s not tracking any of my streams since early August!! THAT IS ABSOLUTELY BOGUS!! YOU MAKE APPLE MUSIC LISTENERS PAY TO USE THE APP AND THEN YOU PROVIDE AN APP THAT DOESNT WORK FOR US?? This app needs to refund a bunch of people and fix this problem!

Streams not syncing
Been a premium user for over a year and now my streams aren’t syncing. I’ve updated my apps and my phone multiple times and nothing has been changed or fixed yet. Why did I pay for something that I can’t even use?

Apple Music Issues
An amazing app when it works. Hasn’t been counting any streams from Apple Music for ages now. I know there is a note on the app, but will it ever be working again?
Apple Music syncing issues
These have lasted for weeks with no update on a timeline for resolution.
Doesn’t work for Apple Music
I used to like this app. It was fun but now it doesn’t work and they’re putting the entire blame on Apple without even attempting to update Apple Music users at all so it’s useless. It’s sitting on my phone taking up space it’s not tracking anything I stream.
Syncing problems
in my opinion this is the best and most accurate app for tracking what songs you listen to, even if I have to pay 15€/year. unfortunately I have to subtract 2 stars because for the past 1-2 weeks there seems to have been a syncing issue with apple music and it has recorded none of my plays since then, which makes the app and the subscription almost useless. I hope this gets fixed (on apple musics end) asap or i might have to look for a different app... 🫠

Doesn't scrobble loops
What's the point of it when I spend a few hours looping the same song and you only count it as one play, I use Apple Music and this app is the so slow, the only way to have these streams documented is to request a new data file from Apple and it's a long journey that I have done latency multiple times and this app still didn't go anywhere better till now

This app is very good when it works but sometimes there’s an apple syncing problem other then that this app is tuff.

Loved this app till a few weeks ago when it stopped working with my Apple Music and now won’t update anything. Disappointed as I’ve paid for something that’s not working anymore.
