Sketchy!!!

Songster charged me double, refused to give a refund by giving me a credit, then almost immediately after using it- my card was being used for fake Amazon charges.

It’s sketchy.

We always compensate when there's an issue with pronunciation or mispronunciation, and we never refuse a refund. Please also note that we do not have access to your card details at all. All payments are processed entirely on Apple's side, so we cannot charge your card or be the source of any unrelated charges. We'd love to make this right. I had the lyrics ready and it asked me to pay. I paid for 5 songs. When I went back to generate music it just kept telling me to pay and would not generate music. I’m going to stop payment.

Thanks for your feedback, Lisa. Songria works with song credits: when you purchase a package (1, 5, or 30 songs), the credits stay in your balance and are used each time you generate a track.
