We always compensate when there's an issue with pronunciation or mispronunciation, and we never refuse a refund. Please also note that we do not have access to your card details at all. All payments are processed entirely on Apple's side, so we cannot charge your card or be the source of any unrelated charges. We'd love to make this right. Thanks for your feedback, Lisa. Songria works with song credits: when you purchase a package (1, 5, or 30 songs), the credits stay in your balance and are used each time you generate a track.
