Songzap is really easy to use, way easier to use than any other music production software out there. Of course you need to learn what each button does, but we provided both quickstart and detailed tutorials for you. If you learn a little, you’ll be able to take full control of your songwriting and demo making. And if you want to keep things simple, just do that, you don’t have to use every feature in the app, just press record and get going. Hi there, sorry to hear the frustration. If you email us at songzap@rt60.co.uk we can help you get set up for using the app. We get a few notifications of people using nonexistent email addresses (ie typo in the address) or mailboxes that are full or otherwise non-functioning. So please either email us or try with a different email address. We have people successfully signing up every day, so it will be a simple issue to resolve. We look forward to hearing from you.

Can’t delete account when needed.

Hi Barry - your bazmagic user account has been deleted for you by our IT team at your request. For info, it is very easy to delete your account and any stored songs yourself from within the app in the profile section. Be aware, the Songzap app was downloaded from the App Store to a device signed in with your Apple ID and passing Apple’s device and user face/fingerprint/code verification (otherwise you wouldn’t be able to post this review). Also your Songzap account was setup with two stage email confirmation that was verified and a secret code sent to your email address was entered to verify. If you didn’t do this then someone else has access to your device, email address and email messages, and you should take steps to protect your email and other personal accounts. We recommend signing out of any internet-based accounts you use and changing your passwords. If you need further help from us please get in touch.
Can’t create account
Edit. The problem was the user name in more than one word. That’s fine, but please say it before or in a more detailed error message! More to come when I test a bit…
