Songzap to fiddle diddly!

Every fiddly little hoop we jump thru using your app interrupts the creative flow. You’ve broken down the mechanics well, most of which we don’t consider when composing. Chorus, verse and hook, everything else is a distraction.

Songzap is really easy to use, way easier to use than any other music production software out there. Of course you need to learn what each button does, but we provided both quickstart and detailed tutorials for you. If you learn a little, you’ll be able to take full control of your songwriting and demo making. And if you want to keep things simple, just do that, you don’t have to use every feature in the app, just press record and get going. Hi there, headphone-free recording is a premium feature of the app. There’s a two week free trial of premium, so give that a try and see the benefits of working without headphones in action.

Can’t sign up

This app could be really good except for the fact that I can’t sign up. No verification code ever get to my email address. I’ve checked my regular inbox and my spam mailbox and there’s never a verification code. I would love to use this app, but I can’t because of that.

If you email us at songzap@rt60.co.uk we can help you get set up for using the app. We get a few notifications of people using nonexistent email addresses (ie typo in the address) or mailboxes that are full or otherwise non-functioning. So please either email us or try with a different email address. We have people successfully signing up every day, so it will be a simple issue to resolve. We look forward to hearing from you.

My adhd kryptonite

In one day I’ve organized 8 “works in progress” .. guitars /kick, vocal idea mumblings.. but my Favorite part is drag n drop -color coded -beat Set song Sections … MONTHS of organization completed in six hours.

Can’t delete account when needed.

I’m not sure what’s happened, but an account has been set up using my details. I’ve asked twice to have the account deleted. Up to now nothing has happened. Fingers crossed it happens soon.

Hi Barry - your bazmagic user account has been deleted for you by our IT team at your request. For info, it is very easy to delete your account and any stored songs yourself from within the app in the profile section. Be aware, the Songzap app was downloaded from the App Store to a device signed in with your Apple ID and passing Apple’s device and user face/fingerprint/code verification (otherwise you wouldn’t be able to post this review). Also your Songzap account was setup with two stage email confirmation that was verified and a secret code sent to your email address was entered to verify. If you didn’t do this then someone else has access to your device, email address and email messages, and you should take steps to protect your email and other personal accounts. We recommend signing out of any internet-based accounts you use and changing your passwords. If you need further help from us please get in touch.

Can’t create account

Just downloaded this app but it failed from the account creation: ‘something went wrong’ with no further details. It looked promising but so far, I can’t give a note other than one star
Edit. The problem was the user name in more than one word. That’s fine, but please say it before or in a more detailed error message! More to come when I test a bit…

Addictive Alchemy

The paid version of his app is incredible. The AI features are just amazing, and they help me to get a basic song idea on my guitar sounding like a well produced band in seconds and I can just tweak the style until I get it where I need it. I’m not very technical at all, and this used to take me hours and hours programming everything by hand, but Songzap really is the future. Songwriters - get the premium version… That’s what it’s all about!

This is a deal breaker. Finally an app that allows me to make music on the move with nothing more than my iPhone and the guitar I carry with me.

Latency issues in the current version

Einfach zu benutzen aber es gibt ein Latenz Problem wenn man Loops aufnimmt, leider sogar im Demo Song hängt die Gitarre hinterher.

Fantastic app for songwriters

This is a genius little app for when inspiration strikes on the go. I’ve been using DAWs and teaching music production for years, but nothing beats the portability of Songzap.
I’ve been looking for a simple multi track recorder for my phone and Songzap is exactly what I needed, and so much more.
The AI suggestions are really awesome and it’s a refreshing alternative to typical DAW workflows. Highly recommend!

Priceless for songwriters

This is genuinely the first time I’ve felt the need to review an app.
I’ve tried loads of songwriting/recording apps but nothing really stuck.
I gave songzap a go and it immediately grabbed me, it felt like it was designed by musicians for musicians. It’s easy to understand, very accessible and has great support and tutorials to help along the way.
I was recording within ten minutes, still got loads to learn but I’ve made a start and actually got some ideas out of my head and onto my phone.

Well done lads, highly recommend.

Bonjour,
J'ai téléchargé ce logiciel sui m'as l'air parfaitement adapté a mon projet de créations musicales, cependant je cherche désespérément un tutoriel en Français mais sans succès.
Je vois qu'il y a possibilité de l'avoir en Espagnol d'après la description. Je ne parle pas Espagnol. Quant à l'Anglais je ne le comprends pas suffisamment bien pour explorer le logiciel en profondeur. Avec vois l'intention d'ajouter une fonction " choisir la langue" ou même un tutoriel en Français ce serait cool . J'organise des jams j'ai beaucoup de musiciens autour de moi mais très peu maîtrisent suffisamment bien l'anglais. Ce serait vraiment utile . Merci

Fantastic for beginners

As a beginner songwriter and hobbyist guitarist this app has been perfect for me to experiment with different song ideas and arrangements. The groove designer is really handy and has allowed me to generate interesting drum patterns to play along to. Great that I can see how my ideas would look when accompanied by other instruments too!

Loop record works great

I like this because I’m learning so much about recording but also it’s helping me become a better guitarist. I go down the rabbit hole and record listen and then try again to play better into the mic. The loop recording is really fast and helps me hear my ideas as full songs with a band, which is something I’ve not had before. Recommended.
