Paid for it to try nothing works just loops and asks for more money, scam

I downloaded the app. Paid the .99$ subscription and it will not allow me to use said subscription…. It says theres guarantee on a refund if not 100% satisfied. I’ve never asked for a dollar back but gimme my dollar back scam artist pos
App does not work despite payment
$0.99 was charged for one week. App still doesn't work and subscription can't be cancelled. My emails are not answered.

Trying trial, pressed to clean and all it does is repeat a trial at 0.99p every time you press continue. would not bother with it. Too that no where to cancel subscription.
Doesn’t work
I paid for a free trial and couldn’t use it. Kept telling me you can cancel subscription at any time.
