Seriously?
I’ve been using the V1 app happily for a couple of years, what is this hot garbage?? Zero functions or configuration options unless I fork over more money? And don’t get me started about the hideous interface. 👎🏼

Don’t purchase
Fails to connect to my Sonos system even when the standard Sonos App does. Wasted much tome trying to make those function. Email to developer seeking support remains unanswered. Please don’t purchase, this is a scam.
Difficult to connect
I have a new mesh router setup , and my Sonos s1 system was extremely difficult to connect. It never connected wirelessly. I have to keep it hard wired into the router.

It used to be easy to install Sonos speakers - a few, intuitive steps made it idiot proof. Now it is a marathon designed to enable Sonos to extract money from its unfortunate customers. This is in Sonos’ tradition of treating its customers with contempt.
Money under pretence’s
My Sonos one wouldn’t work and after 20 min of trying everything a message came up ,,,,Sonos S2 is ready to download. So thinking there were changes I started the process and found out I had to pay for the new app so I continued , not only does the new app not work but it can’t be navigated and I don’t know it’s purpose as it seems to do nothing.
Fortunately some how my old app started up again I don’t know how or why but I’m suspicious it was all a rouse as the same thing happened a couple of months back and it drove me round the twist is it a con you sell you S2 which does nothing.
I don’t suppose anyone from Sonos will respond as it’s impossible to contact them under normal circumstance’s.

Terrible
Love it when everything is working great and you go and screw it up with a new version. Way to go Sonos! Absolutely terrible.
Awful UI
Fails repeatedly when attempting to use iPhone control. Awful.

This app is rubbish unless you have only one Sonos speaker. Do not download and don’t pay any money.
1 more app feature I don’t need
I am a big fan of Sonos sound gear and have purchased over 20 components over the years. But the software has been so problematic lately that I’m moving away from Sonos, which is too bad. I don’t need voice control but now the software keeps longing me to add it. Plus all my imported play lists have disappeared during the last software upgrade and my international radio selections won’t play. Without my own content available anymore, Sonos is becoming less relevant. Sonos music content is not a compelling alternative for me.

Unusable junk
This app requires 30+ minutes of system maintenance every 3 months. Then it will ask for access to every device on your network. Duh!
The 3 months later it will require another upgrade and reinstall action.
Then if you change your router you must reinstall everything and answer questions that only a true virus would ask.

Sonos two is terrible
I’ve had Sonos for 15 years. The new Sonos 2 app is absolutely unacceptable for the amount of money and speakers and everything we have the app keeps breaking down and doesn’t work. I can’t control my music. I can’t listen to it. Somebody should be fired. This should be fixed and up and running this is absolutely unacceptable!!!!!

What a racket
This is NOT a Sonos app. It is awful. Compatibility with speakers OS extremely spotty and doesn’t allow for any integrations of music apps easily. This is terrible. Thank God I only spent 2.99 on this. Canceled after 10 minutes of owning the app. Beware

Why do we need a 3rd app?!
This app is different from the first two and is difficult to set up. I have no interest in paying for the Sonos service, I already bought the speakers. I just want to use Apple Music with Sonos, which was easy before this app.
