Finally, the best planner I’ve ever tried
I spent several days testing different planning apps like Timestipe, Rationalize.me, Notion and Things 3, but none fully met my expectations… until I found Space Planner !
It combines the best features into a clean, elegant, and highly effective tool. Beautifully designed, perfectly integrated with the Apple ecosystem (Mac and iPhone), and thoughtfully structured with quarterly, weekly, and daily planning, calendar sync, and multi-project support.
It’s simple, powerful, and genuinely enjoyable to use every day. Easily the best planning app I’ve tried so far. Highly recommended.

Very promising
Excellent application to manage my projects and tasks. I really like the guided daily and weekly review, but also the organization by year and quarters... In addition, with the connection to Claude AI via MCP it is a real game changer! I'm waiting for more than the integration of tags so that it permanently becomes my main management system! Congratulations to the developer.

Very promising
I haven’t completely dived into the app, but as a Things 3 user, Space already has a familiar look and feel. The devil is in the detail, so I’ll use the trial period to give it a thorough test drive, but so far I like what I see.

Nice idea well executed
Like the simplicity and daily notes feature especially.
But why no iOS calendar sync? Just outlook and google.
Also pricing is a tall ask especially for so new of an app and mysteriously no early adopter offer.
Lastly, to be a complete planner an Apple Watch app is needed.
If these things are addressed it would create a wider appeal, and inspire a loyal user base IMO.
Good luck, but for now I can’t justify such a high subscription when other apps, much more proven offer more reasonable pricing. But don’t let that honest feedback discourage you, just voicing what others might be feeling as well.
