Totally useless as you cannot even create account in this app. Wonder why they bother to upload this app at the beginning?

I don’t think there is support for this app anymore. It does not deliver an email verification code. Checked spam folder too. Tried twice.

I can’t register a new toothbrush X5. After delete and install the app I can’t enter in the app, however I have actual an account.
The application is very bad
I am trying to register a new account that is refusing, I have registered a new account MI from the laptop. So, login from the application refused again, I hope to fix the problem soon Thank you
Fantastic toothbrush, abysmal app
Bluetooth sync is broken, unable to change any settings and no contact information to let the app developer / Soocas know this.

Great Toothbrush, Bad App
Love the tooth brush, great quality and functions. But the app needs work. It will not let me save any settings to the toothbrush, comes up with setup error and the other faulty is no real information about my brushing?
Would be a perfect combo if the app was as good as the toothbrush.

Does not show history
Even though app syncs the last activity, it does not show history at all. Plese update. Toothbrush ir amazing product, but app needs to work as expected. At least.
Please add more Features
Please update the app and add more features to the English version same as the chines version.
Useful app but room for improvement.
Most features seem to work, however the brushing time is 1.7minutes. I tried changing it to 2.5minutes but that hasn’t changed anything. Tried adding the teeth whitening feature but again that hasn’t extended the brush run time. I’m sure this could easily be fixed with an update considering the last one was 6 months ago. The Chinese version seem to have more features.

I can change settings via Bluetooth, but after 1 month of use the cleaning data has managed to synchronise only 1 time.

Works for setting up, and then the data never syncs after that so this app doesn’t really add any value.
Time to update the app!!!
It does register in my case but when bundling happen it just stuck and I can customize the brush as it have to be.Please read the feedbacks and fix it.
