February 11, 2020

The version 1.4 contains fixes for Network Agent app not being able to connect to XG Firewall in iOS version 13 and above. This also needs a patch to be applied on the XG Server. Please contact Sophos Support for this.

Go to mobile website download certificate but this app isn’t on the list to open with .

Really bad ios 13 support

Im trying to install the cert to be able to use the app, and its not letting me open the file with the App like on ios12.

Sorry for the inconvenience, iOS 13 introduced a regression bug that prevents apps to import custom data files. We hope this will be fixed as soon as possible.

Can't import certificate, it just crashes when I try.
