Worthless crap

I agree with everyone else, this app is a piece of crap, which makes the ring worthless and unusable. I’ve been trying for 3 days to register and account, follow all the steps and all I get is “Please Try again later”. What a waste of time and money, guess that’s what I get for thinking I can save some money on a good deal.

DON’T BUY. CAN’T REGISTER in USA

I was looking forward on this smart ring but I can’t even register and always say ‘pls try again later’. I received the activation code by email but unsuccessful logging in. It seems a server problem.

App unsafe, do not use

The authentication created in the app is unencrypted! The app tries to download Malware! Luckily my network blocked both the unencrypted auth and Malware. Do not use the app. Change passwords if needed!

Bad ring or app

I’m not sure if the ring is bad or the app.

I get about 10 minutes of readings right after taking the ring off the charger.
I don’t get any sleep information at all.
The app sometimes shows the battery but most of the time it does not
When clicking update firmware it says disconnected and it seems as if the ring is no longer talking to the app.
I think the app loses the full ring version and after that it is no longer registering information to the app.

Please fix this app or I am going to have to send it back.

Inconsistent app to ring

Love the ring, but app consistently disconnects from during workouts. I cannot get a proper reading of recorded steps, caloric burn and time, and heart rate. It’s pointless to wear to the gym. Save your money.
