Worthless crap
I agree with everyone else, this app is a piece of crap, which makes the ring worthless and unusable. I’ve been trying for 3 days to register and account, follow all the steps and all I get is “Please Try again later”. What a waste of time and money, guess that’s what I get for thinking I can save some money on a good deal.

DON’T BUY. CAN’T REGISTER in USA
I was looking forward on this smart ring but I can’t even register and always say ‘pls try again later’. I received the activation code by email but unsuccessful logging in. It seems a server problem.
App unsafe, do not use
The authentication created in the app is unencrypted! The app tries to download Malware! Luckily my network blocked both the unencrypted auth and Malware. Do not use the app. Change passwords if needed!
Bad ring or app
I’m not sure if the ring is bad or the app.
I get about 10 minutes of readings right after taking the ring off the charger.
I don’t get any sleep information at all.
The app sometimes shows the battery but most of the time it does not
When clicking update firmware it says disconnected and it seems as if the ring is no longer talking to the app.
I think the app loses the full ring version and after that it is no longer registering information to the app.
Please fix this app or I am going to have to send it back.

Inconsistent app to ring
Love the ring, but app consistently disconnects from during workouts. I cannot get a proper reading of recorded steps, caloric burn and time, and heart rate. It’s pointless to wear to the gym. Save your money.
Cannot even register
Just got the product, charged it, went to register through the app, and the app does not allow me to register a new account. Completely useless piece of crap.
Zero stars should be given.
Every time I try to set up an account it says to try again later. This is useless and a HUGE waste of money.

Terrible ring and app
Bought the ring with very high hopes. The app doesn’t work. It could not find my ring and therefore couldn’t connect. What a total waste of money. Returning to Amazon today!! Getting the Oura ring that has RAVE reviews like I should’ve done in the first place. The unfortunate part is that I really loved the style of the white enameled ring!! It looked great

Stopped connecting to ring, give unable to connect to server. Worked for a while, although as others noted, inaccurate and buggy. Now doesn’t work at all.

I just wasted $200 on a smart ring because this app is completely useless. It does not track steps well at all. It also doesn't track my oxygen level. Not accurate. So disappointing.

Garbage app
As another user said, it won’t send the verification code. Absolutely worthless. Congratulations on losing almost $200 per ring on an app that doesn’t work. Bravo.
