Too Many Bugs After the Update
Sorce Jobs used to be a really good app, but ever since the recent revamp and updates, it just doesn’t work the same. The job recommendations are much less accurate and often don’t match my qualifications or the preferences I selected.
For example, I have my settings specifically set to show remote jobs only, yet about 75% of the jobs I’m shown are either hybrid or completely in person. That defeats the purpose of having filters in the first place.
The app also seems to have a lot more bugs and malfunctions since the update. The overall experience has become frustrating, especially when the previous version worked much better. I really hope the developers fix the job-matching system, filters, and technical issues because the app had a lot of potential before these changes.

Bad update
I hope they add back in where u can select jobs from a list instead of only being able to type in your own keywords. I noticed it gives wayyyyy better results when u pull them from a list. I used to select software engineer internship and I got fitting job after job after job, but now when I type the keyword software engineer I have to swipe left 20 times to find a single software engineer internship

I LANDED THANKS TO SORCE!
This app is truly a game changer and I feel like will be an industry standard sooner rather than later. Thanks to this app, I applied to over 1000+ jobs, landed interviews at 15+ companies and finally ACCEPTED AN OFFER at my next role. I started using this app in May and it took me 3 1/2 months to land a role. I was laid off in December and the job hunt over the year has truly been SO TOUGH. Rejection after rejection after spending hours upon hours applying. For mental health this app helped change with my mindset of, well if I’m going to face rejection at least I can be fine knowing i didn’t spend 2+ hours applying for JUST that 1 role and I saved time and energy by swiping on 40+ roles for only maybe 1 hour. It sounds like whatever but time and energy matters when applying to roles especially when you are getting denied. Anyways, OBSESSED with this app and can’t recommend enough!

i get with my filters about 1-2 interviews a week. still have not got a job. i wish there was a filter by company size as smaller companies have better success. for example i have 6 years of experience in various applicable jobs, so i filter by entry level and i am still seeing 5-7 year experiences. the app is updated constantly, mostly good, some issues with myself on how to function inbox, i liked earlier updates. i have been using since jan or feb 2026. i try to use all free tokens daily as well. I did a week subscription in feb to get a premium feel, i just didnt apply to as many as i wanted but otherwise premium is good. my reduction of stars mainly arises due to the cycle of jobs. i dont mind seeing "out of jobs, expand search" , i dont mind seeing mind however the next day i open the app and it repeats the old jobs i already X'd many times before. i shouldnt have to waste my time redoing x's for jobs i passed on. its annoying to me in the sense it doesnt feel like my time is valued. i can expand my primary search, but seeing the same 2023 blackstone job application every few days .... if i X i wont change my mind. what makes me want to get premium is the new category, and what makes me want to close the app is re-seeing the same jobs every couple days.

Keeps finding me jobs over a thousand miles away despite clearly specifying only wanting to work a maximum of 15 miles away.
Good idea bad in practice
Every application becomes fundamentally invisible as the same handful of jobs are being pushed to everyone. You essentially just get to be rejected faster and at a larger scale. Have applied to the same job on sorce and on the actual website and only gotten responses from the actual website never from here.

Onboarding
Onboarding doesn’t make sense really. Most jobs don’t ask for your birthday or for start dates for your education, just when (and if) you finished. You shouldn’t ask for more information than is required. It’s like you are just seeking data to get data and potentially sell it.

They ask you to review before you even use it. You actually have to click that you left a review before you move forward. Then you find out after the cost . The app also asks for age claiming most applications ask for date of birth . Illegal .. and if that’s the case I wouldn’t work with this app because they are complicit in illegal practices

Wasted 39 $ subscription fee no proper jobs instead market profile linked will get many offers , I don’t have option for refund or option to talk to customer service. It is a fake app and fake job postings
Job Applications Not getting submitted min Latest Version
I try to apply for 30 jobs per day but since the time I installed latest version I couldn’t able to submit my jobs successfully. It’s in hold for more than 5 days

Definitely not recommend. Some of the jobs are “too good to be true” all of the interviews I got were from scammers
