So useful!!

My husband is Deaf and I can hear. My family started learning sign language but aren’t fluent. Through this app, my husband is able to see my mom on the screen (like FaceTime) WITH the interpreter! The Deaf caller needs to initiate the Wavello call to come through. Make sure your volume is on speaker before accepting the Wavello notification! Love it and enjoy!

First experience with interpreter ever

Such a pleasing experience, the interpreter was super good qith voice inflections and made the comunication so much easier. It was a very exciting experience 😍

One thing missing

I have iPad mini 2 as Wavello were completely. Apple iMac not have install for support in computer.

Useless

I downloaded the app and it’s just stuck on the intro page. How do I call someone? I downloaded the app so I can video chat with my mom.
Update: ⭐️⭐️⭐️This is awesome. We figured it out. So the deaf person has to call you through the app. Or if I call my mom she then hits the Wavello app and calls me back to see my face. I love it because my mom doesn’t always feel good so I get to look at her and can tell how she’s doing. 💕💕💕 Or during this pandemic I can’t go over there and talk to her face to face so this makes things easier for me to check up on her. Thanks again for this app!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Useless

I’ve spent the last hour of my workday trying to figure this out with my deaf Aunt. It won’t go pass the home screen. There’s not a place to make a call. This app is useless.

Hello. Once you have completed registering your number on Sorenson Wavello, you can then connect with your Deaf Aunt as you would normally do through Video Relay Service with your mobile phone. Once you both are connected, your Deaf Aunt can click "OK" with her ntouch VP2 remote to see her ntouch's In-Call menu - Wavello icon will appear on there. She can click on that, you will then receive an incoming notification on your phone (be sure to click on speakerphone before clicking on notification). Your Wavello app will become active, it'll allow you to join the call via video. Hope this helps. Our tech support number is 866-756-6729 and we'll be happy to assist you!
