Sortd is the daily companion app for Amazon delivery drivers working at Delivery Service Partner (DSP) fleets. Built by Automate Boring LLC, Sortd connects drivers directly to their dispatcher’s routing, payroll, and safety systems — replacing the text messages, spreadsheets, and phone calls that slow down a shift. FOR DRIVERS • See today’s route, station, and shift time on the Home tab • Track your performance score — delivery completion, packages per stop, on-time, and safety events — updated weekly from Amazon’s scorecard • Chat with dispatch and HR without leaving the app • View safety events with in-cab video playback (requires Netradyne) • Submit HR requests (PTO, call-outs, concerns) with mobile-friendly forms • Sign write-ups with a finger-tap signature • Complete daily vehicle inspections and bag orders • Review and sign corrective action plans from your dispatcher • Get push notifications for route updates, safety alerts, and HR approvals REQUIRES AN ACTIVE SORTD ACCOUNT Sortd is provisioned by your DSP employer. You cannot sign up directly — your dispatcher adds you to the roster, and you log in with the phone number on file plus a 6-digit PIN sent via SMS.
