I like the previous app more…

I really like the user interface and layout of this new app but miss features of the old one like the ability to see daily movers.

Should have waited

Missing a lot of the best features from the dragonshield app. This app would have done with more development.

Response from developer

Hi Rolo0485, good news is: most of these features are already in development. The team is excited about it too, and we’re looking forward to share more as soon as we can!

Such a good app

Great app helped organize my cards. It also helped price my cards accurately. Overall it is a great app. I love it it is a high quality app and good if you want to organize your own cards.

Response from developer

Hi Maddox 10888! We really appreciate the support! Knowing Sorted is helping collectors save time and enjoy their collections more is exactly why we built it.

Unorganized Chaos

I may have migrated my collection of 47k+ cards from DragonShield to Sorted a little too soon. For an app named Sorted you’d think there would be multiple options of how to SORT your collection. I can’t re-sort my collection folders, I can’t sort my cards by set, value, color, name, etc. Everything is sorted backwards to what I had setup in DragonShield. I’m not sure how many months it’ll take to get these features implemented. The DragonShield update that notified its current users that we’d have to migrate our collections to this app made it seem like we would be getting equally awesome features if not more or better features, and that just isn’t the case. Not just yet anyway.

Great

I love it because it helps me sort my cards.

Response from developer

Hi Row row 65, thank you so much for the kind words! We’re really glad that Sorted is making your collecting journey easier.

Fix the ads

I’m only giving this 5 stars so you can see this message. So the ads in this app are like 5 seconds long right (the ads are made by the app owners) but it doesn’t start the count down to skip the ad so I’m asking you guys to fix this cuz I have to close out the app and reopen it to continue using it and I don’t like it please fix the ads. Thank you and I’m liking the app so far.

Hi Xy7plaZe, thank you for your feedback, I'm sorry this has been giving you trouble. Send us a message at support@tcgsorted.com with a few details so we can take a closer look.

Not as good as dragonsheild, but ok

I mean, in many ways its kinda a downgrade from the app I used to use. Its pretty much the same thing, except drained of all it’s charm a lot of features are locked behind a paid premium option. But hey, at least it’s not advertising itself to me every 25 scans! (yet)

Response from developer

Hi Anyomumos, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We’re actively working on improving the app and matching our users needs. You can expect some major improvements available very soon. Thank you for your patience!

Almost perfect

After looking more into the app works better and more intuitively than the basic dragon shield app. However, you can’t bulk scan like before and raritys are only shown as the first letter which as a yugioh collect sucks since multiple raritys fit under s and u. Hope these two issues get patched later.

Awesome

This app has helped me organize all of my Pokemon cards and tells me all of the prices

Hi Minorshelf70585, we really appreciate the feedback. It means a lot to hear that you’re enjoying sorting our cards through our app!

Slow

Ordered from them and very slow service. I will upgrade to 5 stars if order still comes as they promised.

Response from developer

Has Promise

Hoping for more features to appear in Sorted that were in Dragon Shield such as Movers and Top 3 increase/decrease. Also, hoping for my options for display data like values and such that are more compatible with larger font sizes that I am using on my Apple iphone due to aging eyes.

Hi

Some cards just don’t scan why Sorted ?

Response from developer

Hi Alexito1123, we’re really sorry you’re dealing with this—it’s definitely not the experience we want for you. Please email us at support@tcgsorted.com and we’ll get on it.

Missing features

Would love to see the full suite of features implemented into this app from the Dragon Shield version. Not being able to track daily risers and fallers is not ideal. Also not having the ability to track sales is a big miss.

Response from developer

Hi! Thank you very much for your feedback. We are currently working to bring back core features from the old apps into Sorted. The movers (risers/fallers) feature in particular is coming in a few months! We are also looking into how to add sales tracking. Stay tuned!

New app, less functionality

Unlike the old Poke TCG app, this app has no offline functionality. It was useful to scan cards at cardshows with some have poor connectivity. I can’t even view my own collection offline. I will continue to use the old app unless it is added.

Response from developer

Hello! We appreciate the honest feedback. Sorted is currently not built to support offline scanning and collection management; this was a decision we made to have better cross-device sync and quicker updates. That does mean your use case of scanning cards at shows with poor signal is not quite covered - we'll log your feedback for internal discussion!

Fast Scanner, Ads and Crashes

I’ll say the scanner is fast, and it’s nice to have all Pokémon, Magic, and Yu-Gi-Oh! all in one place.

But!

It needs to stop crashing.

Ads suck too.

Response from developer

Hi, thanks for the feedback! Glad you are enjoying the scanner and the possibility to track multiple games :) We did have some issues with the app crashing that have since been fixed, but if you continue to experience an abnormal amount of crashing don't hesitate to contact us through our support email (support@tcgsorted.com) - make sure to give as much information as possible so we can find and fix the problem faster! As for the ads, they're made by our team and only promote features within Sorted itself, so there's no third-party tracking involved. If you'd prefer an ad-free experience, our premium plan removes them entirely.

Days to scan a collect + FaB color issue

Why is the app leaving the scan inter face after a scan a card? I have to click back and watch an ad to go back. This would take me days to scan a collection.
Please stay in the scan interface after the ap has identified. I just want to see the name and the price after the ap scans.

Incorrectly scanned flesh and blood card’s Pitch Value. Guess it was red then blue and on the 3rd attempt it correctly guessed yellow.

Response from developer

Hello! Thanks for the detailed feedback. Our scanner currently takes you to a page with detailed card information after each scan; we understand this can slow things down when adding a large collection, which is why we're building a new bulk scan mode that lets you scan multiple cards in a row without interruption. Regarding Flesh and Blood Pitch Values: this is a known limitation of our current scanner. Because it identifies cards by their artwork, it struggles to differentiate between Pitch Values. We're not able to fully solve this in the short term, but we are working on making it easier to manually adjust the Pitch Value after a scan, so even if the scanner identifies the wrong version, correcting it will only take a second. We really appreciate you taking the time to write this out, it helps us improve!
