O use to use this app for the fun free workouts and eventually got a subscription and all, like it was so fun! The community and all, posting your sweaty face pics like everyone. Now it’s just doesn’t allow me to attach any pics or even any comments too! Like why? I didn’t add anything inappropriate or anything it just doesn’t. Now it won’t even turn on it just crashes. It works again after you re-download the app. Unfortunate that I am not able to continue with my subscription with app..

Initially good
I have really benefited from this app in last year although more recently issues with accessing the upgrade to coach. Unfortunately no response from support which is really disappointing. I would love to continue with this app but if I am paying for something i can’t access not sure I would recommend at this point due to poor communication from support.

Workout regularly and love the live workout feature. Use it 4/5 time a week and it’s awesome.

Motivation is difficult to find but this app makes it so easy to form a habit. When your friends invite you to a little workout you have no excuse out of it.

Super intuitive
Love this app. It actually motivates me to sweat - which few other fitness apps have done for me!
Amazing app!
Best workout app I have tried and during lockdown I tried a lot of them! The workouts are great, there’s videos to help if your unsure on a move. There is abit of competition to help motivate with leader boards and it records your times so you can beat your own times. There’s great support from the founder and other users of the app! So impressed and a 4 day a week user!

Amazing fitness app
This is amazing its suitable for all fitness levels even those who just dont exercise. It allows you to compete against yourself either on your own or through conecting with friends to beat your previous ability or times. I was so unmotivated and being overweight didnt help. Been doing it 4weeks now and i look and feel better and ive also lost half a stone. Ive never been so motivated even when not feeling great i still really want to do one of the workouts. Another bonus for realling in the exercise phobic is some of the workouts are only 4/5mins long!

Loving it!
The app is simple and very interactive. Even with a free version the owner will acknowledge you. The concept is great doesn’t require you to be the best, you get to improve on your own time. Soon to purchase my yearly subscription. Nothing to change! You get to workout with friends live and the coach is awesome!

Good but buggy
It’s a great app for a home workout (especially now that we can’t go to the gym). However, it crashes quite often which makes the experience less than enjoyable.
Brilliant but just suffered my first glitch
Adore this app and particularly love how it records your stats and shows you (with a timer) how you are running compared to your last (or PB) session.
My ONLY complaint is that today, after getting up at 5am to do one of these workouts before work, the app had forgotten me, my membership and all my data. Removing the app and then reinstalling it did fix it but it ate out of my precious workout time 😢 Hope that doesn’t happen again

Did not have what I was looking for
I didn’t like this app, it didn’t have anything that gave me the wow factor, very disappointing
Love it!
I really like this app, I’m not that confident in going to gyms so I love the way I can workout from home and get fit!
Unrealistic targets
As others have mentioned, this app seems to have good functionality but is only actually useful if you already have a good level of fitness. Admittedly I’m currently fairly out of shape (hence why I signed-up!) but hardly a slob, and yet on only my second workout the app is asking me asks me to do a round of 50 sit-ups in a row!? 50!? Surely that can’t be right!? Maybe I am in worse shape than I thought but it’s hardly encouraging when you’re basically ruined on the first exercise...

Can’t edit workout without resetting coach
Seems like poor functionality, I have to set my level and length of time I want to exercise before I see any workouts the coach suggests. What if the workout, exercises or length of time it suggests isn’t right for me? I can’t go back and change it - for example I put in 20 minute exercise and each workout came in at more like 10-15 minutes. How do I change that?

Cancelled but still charged for a year
Downloaded this in the hope it was at least partially free but was immediately asked to sign up for a free trial. Deleted the app and unsubscribed, yet you have still charged me £24.99 for a years membership that I neither want or need. Outrageous
Wish I could take credit for outside the app exercise
In addition to working within this app, I exercise at least three times a week doing weight work and aerobics. When I get my summary, it doesn't include these things because there is no way to enter that. Also, my suggested first workout was too hard for me to do, but the second one was harder! I might have tried stregthening to do better at the first one, but instead I explored around until I could find something easier and then added individual exercises to stregthen my weaknesses. I wish I could build my own workout.

THE best workout app by far
I have exercised for many years without ever really achieving many results - usually because of lack of time or energy. This app has literally awakened the workout beast inside me and I am loving it! The coach sessions are designed to work differently for each person and adapt depending on your fitness level. It is also extremely well priced (the price of a coffee) which is an added bonus rather than the other fitness apps who think they can justify the price of an actual gym membership each month.
I’ve been using this for a few weeks now with the intention to build on my strength first before trying to build muscle - I can already feel the difference which is keeping me going.
Just one suggestion to the developers - I completed the Dubnium workout but struggled on some of it as it was a bit too intense on the 3rd round. Please look into an option to either ‘skip’ or ‘switch it up’ to possibly give a less intense option!
