Where is the back button?
Its a simple feature - after looking at a listing, there is no way to get back to my listings. Also, i have to go to edit searches to try to get back to my save searches - only after hitting my saved search, i get a “ Sorry 404” error page. Then have to log out then back in only to have to go through it all again. AND, to really top it off, when i called agent, her vmx was full and a message stating she doesnt get phone messages so leave a text, which was never replied to. Yikes! How do you all sell houses with an app or agent that doesnt work? Whats the point? Oh, yeah, i guess you got my email now 🤔

Fully dysfunctional top to bottom. Very negative on the Sotheby’s brand. There isn’t even an option to go backwards after viewing a listing.

Not good
Worst real estate app out there. Sort features aren’t very good. Acreage for example. Starts at no minimum no maximum. You slide the minimum to limit results up to minimum of 19 acres which isn’t great in itself, but at the same time you touch the minimum the maximum changes to 20 and hides anything I want to see.

Whwt happened?
Terrible app
The search function is terrible. Once you click on a listing, there is no way to return to your search. There is literally no back button. You have to re-run your search every time you want to look at a different house.
Real estate
The filtering system is a complete joke. I Can’t even look up a home with some acreage and the features bar is completely useless.

Worst app ever?
This might actually be the worst app I have ever used. You search for „London“ and it recommends Los Angeles.
Good concept but doesn’t work
The app is compeletely unusabl. I love the concept of being able to search glabally for luxury property’s but I can’t even look at the images of them. You cannot click the properties to view them and the search barely works. Please fix everything
What’s happening with the SIR APP?
Sotheby’s use to be an excellent app for searching real estate. I would have rated it 5/5. Now it’s a sad reminder of what it use to be. Has the app been forsaken by SIR or will it’s admins fix it?The photos no longer appear which leaves the app useless. Please fix it.
Too many issues
Very slow. After viewing a property cannot go easily back and look at others. It doesn’t seem the company is doing much to fix the problems.
