J’ai recu un message d’erreur de l’application. Quand j’ai voulu me reconnecter, toutes mes alertes ont été effacées et j’ai du recommencer le processus et payer de nouveau l’abonnement. Et malgré cela, impossible d’accéder à l’application. Soit vous me remboursez le mois en cours et le nouvel abonnement pris pour rien, soit vous reglez le problème.

Need Help Sucked £30 out my bank 🚫
Downloaded the app to give vinted reselling ago, Then wouldn’t let me access the app without accepting the 3 day trail. After that there was no option to cancel the 3 day trail on my apple settings. A few days later i see a £30 charge from “apple / iTunes” which is actually this “Souk” app. Not happy at all as it’s basically sucked all my profit from manually reselling on vinted without some silly app that didn’t notify me ONCE. NOT A SINGLE NOTIFICATION. thought it could be that vinted simply didn’t have any new listings but it couldn’t be. 72 Hours and there hasn’t been a SINGLE listing from my very broad alert? ( even created 3 alerts still didn’t get a single notification, not even a noti to mention my free trial was about to finish.) So unhappy i feel this is borderline fraud. Contacted my bank and trying to request a refund but doubt il get anything out of it. So unsatisfied can’t even describe. Never buy this app, just find your own items on vinted or download a discord bot. This site Must be a scam or something 🤷♂️
