I have no idea why you deleted my review but I’m telling you you banned my account and I payed a lot in this game. Don’t play this game. It’s a scam I played it and they just banned my account for some returning money reason which I didn’t do. You want to do that? Well your going to pay back my money.

Terrible Login System

I was looking to return to this game but forgot which email I logged into with my old account. I was trying to go through one by one but this game only lets you log into one account. so if you want to look for your old account in 10+ emails, you need to redownload the game 10 times. Not to mention, it is so excruciatingly annoying that it auto-logs in for you. I cannot even get to the logout button because of the auto-login. Game is terrible because of this, never returning.

Lost Account

This game has amazing graphics, features, minigames,etc. However, if you have a laptop and it breaks down.. your progress will be gone. This happened to me once and I'm still pretty upset about it. I already bonded my old account to my email and tried to restore it but to no avail. The game has good overall performance but I don't recommend it since once you lose your account, its gone for good. If one of the developers could read this, please help me find my old account. I spent over a year grinding there.

Dear Soul Master, When you reinstall the game or play it on a new device, the system will automatically create a tourist account for you. So you need to logout at the homepage(where you select the server, and the logout button is at the upper left corner), and then login your own account. After that you will be able to enjoy the game:) However, IOS and Android accounts are separate and game data can't be shared. This means you will have two different characters if you login using the same game account for Apple and Android devices.

Pay to Win

You must have the highest rarity characters to win fights and they can not be gotten for free thru a single event or normal play. You must play multiple of the same event (which takes a long time for them to come back around) to get the SSS characters. SSS characters can easily slaughter any lower ranked characters including SS+ even if your team has 3 times more Battle Power. Makes the 10+ different arenas the game has pointless when you can’t win a fight with someone who has substantially less Battle power than you.

Fun game but bad server issues

While it is a fun game, there is an issue where I’d you choose the Super Server, it does not always allow you to choose that server when starting the app. You have to log out and log in multiple times and sometimes reset the app multiple times.

After sending a report to the admin team, the response I got back showed they never read my email and just provided a canned response. I specifically said that I had deleted and reloaded the app, I was only using my iPad to play, and the details of what was happening. I got a useless response back explaining that you can’t save across different platform (IOS and Google/Android) and that I needed to delete the app and reload. Umm…. Yeah. So instead of reading my emails and looking into a possible program issue, they just want to use a canned response that solves nothing.

I do not recommend this game to anyone.

Can’t complete

The stage in the Slaughter City became hard to complete now. They all get buffed and my character literally can’t do damage to them. So I have to alway skip stage using higher BP.🥲

Unbalanced

Playable characters within the same tier have drastic differences in strength. For example a SS Tang San dominates in pvp despite the gap in power level. I have two SS+ heros on my team with double the power level of the opponent team with SS+ Bo Saixi and I somehow lose, how? Please balance the characters!

The game is really good for free to play. The only downside right now would probably be waiting a month to unlock SS+ char.

No response from Customer Support

The game advertises a player appreciation Half Anniversary celebration, except it excludes new players even though new players are simultaneously playing as the event is going on.

And when you are VIP member and is promised immediate customer support regarding this issue, no response. And no desire to remedy it.

Maybe actually appreciate your players or don’t be misleading about a game-wide celebration event when it’s clearly not meant for all.

Scam Alert

You spend a lot of cash on the game than there a bug that make you a lot weaker out of a certain and the fb Customer service just straight up ignore you after they read your message and refused to responses or solve the problems all they care is your $$$$ They also keep telling every rating them under 5 star to give them 5 star which is super ridiculous
This is also a very expensive pay to win game also no chance to compete in pvp if you don’t nonstop spending

Great game! Totally recommend

I have only played for two days, but I can see that this is a great game. In this game, you basically collect people that have special powers and level them up. It is so easy to play right now for me because of the summons. You can get so many 10x summons in just one day! I think I did about 50 yesterday, my first day. There are so many different modes. Plus, it is so easy to get S heroes! You can get so many things, even by just playing for a certain amount of time! You get these chests where you can get lots of pieces of people that are S. This is why I already have a three star S! There are so many different varieties of game modes inside this game to play! You can even add friends. You can give and receive energy which makes this game better in my opinion. It is so easy to progress during early game! I love this game ❤️. If you havn’t already, download it now! It is a awesome games and I guarantee you will love it. Thanks for reading this! Edit: Alright, Now I am 100% sure that this game is the best. I have 3 SS already! It will be easy for you beginners too! You will get characters so easily. What I like most are the updates recently. Recently, they added a special shop where you get so many things for free. Also, for a little amount of gems, you can get SS share boxes. A lot! I have so many SS because of login bonus and the events. Here are my SS: God of war Dai Mubai, Gourmand Oscar, and the phoenix that looks like one of the S characters. The phoenix guy is on the fourth page in the display case after clear sky that hao. As I was saying, this game is super easy and relaxing. Download it now. (Can you make the constraint for going to different worlds/stages lower? It’s gonna take me forever to get to the world/stage after Slaughter City in story mode.)

Impressive

I personally love mobile games! And this one took me by surprise. I’ve played the game now for 3 days and I have this games version of light/dark and many S tier hero’s! Also my Battle power for my team is 600,000 k power which is insane for only 3 days of play and not spending any money $. Good work!

OK OK IM SORY FOR THIS WEIRD REVIEW BUT I LITERALLY HATE HATEEE THE INTRO! Like yea i would expect it to show you how to play BIT IT LITERALLY DOING STUFF FOR YOU i’ve been playing for at least 20 minutes and the entire time i. was. still. in. the. tutorial. Like what? That’s like very annoying i hate long tutorials like it annoying and you can’t even do anything when you really thing about it why not add a skip button 😐 Btw to what i know it does the first five battles for you.

Not bad, but not particularly good

The game is pretty standard for its genre; there are a lot of other games with almost exactly the same mechanics and different themes. It just so happens that this is not a theme I enjoy that much. The art and characters are extremely generic. Granted, I’m not familiar with the anime(?) that it’s based on.
It’s a little bit buggy, it has some spelling errors [in the English translation], and it has a cluttered interface. It’s fine, for the most part, although the bugs are annoying, but just very unremarkable.
I also lowkey suspect the reviews are artificially maintained….

Just awesome game

So awesome game. Lots of gift codes and can be played as f2p and still be In top ranks. Fun events what ain’t the same all the time like in other games I’ve played.

Great Game!

This is a good game but did you notice any aspect that it have similar with other mobile games such as AFK Arena. Well yes similarities are unavoidable but one great aspect is that it’s F2P friendly. Let take Immortal Taoist for example, in Immortal Daoist if you’re not a whale you can’t even be background character, f2p ppl are the one that stick looking background character with all black colored, no face and got pasted everywhere. Instead in Soul Land Reloaded you could be a background character or even side character if you’re F2P while the whales and Leviathan are the main character. Overall great game!
